Research On The Female Non-agricultural Employment Of The 51st Regiment Of The 3rd Division Of Corps

After the Second World War,especially in the 21 st century,the governments of all countries in the world devote themselves to developing their own economy and improving people’s livelihood.With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up,earth-shaking changes have taken place in the economy and society of our country,and the living standards of the people in particular have been greatly improved.However,there are also some problems at the same time.For example,the development of society needs the joint participation of women,which is conducive to promoting the progress of all aspects of society,narrowing the gap in regional development and promoting common prosperity.In 2020,our country will build a well-off society in an all-round way.Although the 51 st Communist Youth League,which was once deeply impoverished and backward,has now realized the complete elimination of poverty and built a well-off society together with the whole country,it still faces the great pressure of relieving poverty and returning to poverty,consolidating the achievements of relieving poverty and continuing to realize the revitalization of the countryside.Based on the basic situation of women’s non-agricultural employment in the 51 st Division of the 3rd Division of the Corps,this paper uses the basic method of social survey,distributes questionnaires,statistical data and analyzes the data.Fifty-one women’s non-agricultural employment was influenced by traditional ideas,Mandarin level,distance from home and family attitudes,and their overall employment quality was low.Based on the investigation and analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures,such as strengthening education and training,introducing enterprises to set up factories,adhering to the family planning policy,abandoning sex discrimination in the employing enterprises,giving full play to the service function of the government and formulating feasible relevant policies.The solution of women’s non-agricultural employment needs the joint efforts of the whole society.Only in this way can the orderly non-agricultural employment of local women be effectively realized and a solid foundation be laid for the local income increase and rural revitalization.
