In recent years,with the vigorous development of the Internet and the rapid development of science and technology,the era of big data came into being,imperceptibly changing people’s lifestyle and thinking mode.It can be seen that the emergence,development and application of big data technology is a technological change in Internet data application.For companies specializing in human resources services,it is both an opportunity and a challenge.In this context,with the rapid development of all walks of life,the choice of internal and external environment of enterprises is taking place,and the competitive pressure in the industry is also increasing.In order to meet the needs of the interests of the company,the usual working mode of enterprise human resource management is also constantly innovating.Big data is leading the positive transformation of the industry.From the perspective of the situation,turning challenges into opportunities,seizing the development potential stock of big data environment,and enterprises that can make rational use of the big data environment for development are bound to win favorable advantages in the fierce market competition in the future.This paper introduces the enterprise development strategy and the research theory of big data technology at home and abroad by means of literature review,sorting and summary.The "SWOT" analysis method is used to analyze and study the internal and external development environment of a human resources company,analyze the choice of development strategy of a human resources company under the vision of big data,and present it with specific measures.This paper mainly puts forward the implementation method of the strategic transformation strategy of a human resources company from five aspects:recruitment system,human resources service channels,marketing links and after-sales service,business operation mode,internal management and cost control.To sum up,this paper takes a human resources company as a case to analyze and explain the development status of human resources companies under the background of big data,hoping to study the development strategy of emerging human resources companies.
