In the new period,the competition between enterprises is increasing,and human resources have become the key to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In the face of unknown work situation,no employee in the enterprise can do "once and for all","lifelong learning" is essential,the same enterprise organizations also need to build a learning and improve platform for employees,and further optimize the staff training system,To strengthen the development and utilization of human resources as a starting point for the transformation and development of enterprises to create a high-quality staff and management team.Although staff training has become an important part of the enterprise human resources management work,enterprises in various fields are also actively carrying out this practice,but the results are difficult to complete.After investing huge sums of money and not getting paid,enterprises also began to doubt the significance of training work,so we need to improve the optimization of the enterprise staff training system on the basis of analysis and problem-solving,and thus create a new human resources management pattern.Guizhou G enterprise is the largest Internet cultural media enterprise in Guizhou region,and it is the only online public opinion direct reporting point set up by the Ministry of Central Propaganda in Guizhou Media.After the development of recent years,Guizhou G enterprise has now formed a website,mobile newspaper,micro-blog,WeChat and news client-based "five-in-one" media matrix,and with Alibaba,Tencent,JD.com and other Internet and e-commerce enterprises reached a strategic cooperation intention.The achievements of development are remarkable,but the problem sq is not to be ignored,at present,the turnover rate of employees in the Guizhou G enterprise is high,and there are many problems in the training of employees.Therefore,analyzing and solving such problems has become the key to promote its transformation and development.The following author used a variety of research methods,such as literature research method,statistical analysis method and comparative analysis method,based on the analysis and summary of relevant theoretical data from a number of angles to the Guizhou G enterprise staff training status quo and problems,and then put forward their own views on the optimization of its training system reform.Finally,according to the actual management reform and system innovation needs,the author puts forward the optimization measures such as staff training needs survey,innovation training method and strengthening staff training resource support and effect evaluation analysis,and puts forward its own opinion on the safeguard severity of this reform,aiming to promote the optimization of the staff training system and improve the effectiveness of the training work.This paper analyzes and explores the optimization of the staff training system of the Guizhou G enterprise by making new ideas for the optimization and reform of the employee training system of the same type of Internet culture media enterprises.In the face of a new market pattern,this practice can also bring new thinking to its sustainable development ability and market competitiveness.
