The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy, how to scientific and reasonable development of human resources has become a fundamental organization's survival and development. Domestic research mostly concentrated on the analysis and use the experience of excellent benchmark training institutions, the construction and development of private training institutions put forward counter-measures and suggestions, however for some public training institutions, it faces the development environment and employee groups is more complex, how to promote the development of this kind of training institutions better is training institutions and the need to pay attention to, and training system is a training institution building and development of the core, perfect training system for the development of training institutions has a important significance. This paper with GX CMC training as an example, through the data research method, question approach method, case analysis and other research methods, showing the status of the GX CMC training, reveals the existing problems, and puts forward the design optimization of GX CMC training system. The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research content and frame structure etc..The second chapter defines the key concepts involved in this study, the training system of related research literature review, the theoretical basis for this study. In the third chapter, based on research questions and literature review of GX CMC training system present situation presents, presents the main content including GX CMC training subject, object, content, method and process aspects, analysis of the main problems existing in the training system of GX Management Committee, and problems analysis of the causes.In the fourth chapter, on the basis of the above, aiming at the problems of GX CMC training system in the presence of, combined with the reality of GX CMC, to optimize the GX CMC training system design, mainly from the training needs analysis, training course design, training plan, training organization and implementation, training evaluation and improvement in five aspects of optimization.In the fifth chapter, based on the optimum design plan is proposed to optimize the implementation scheme and safeguard measures. In the implementation part, make specific implementation from the development of scientific training courses etc.. In security measures, put forward the system security and resource guarantee of the two dimensions of training support.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and perfect. The conclusion is that the GX CMC training and the status quo of existing demand research department of precision, the course system is not scientific, and unstable team of trainers, training incentive mechanism is not reasonable, training evaluation mechanism is not perfect, training is lack of innovation and other issues, based on the training needs analysis, training course design, training plan, training organization and implementation, training evaluation and improvement of five dimension optimization GX CMC training system. Finally, put forward the need to further improve the direction.
