Problems And Solutions Of University Students’ Labor Education In The New Era

The labor education of university students in the new era is guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.It aims to cultivate future workers who can practice hard work,honest work and creative work.Ordinary universities have made a series of achievements in the implementation of labor education for university students in the new era,while there is still room for further improvement.Based on the organic integration of labor education resources in schools,enterprises,families and other fields,the school actively breaks the barriers between labor courses and professional courses,ideological and political theory courses,explicit courses and implicit courses.However,on the whole,there is insufficient emphasis on the independence and systematicness of labor education.Teachers actively explore in the teaching of labor courses.Relying on the school labor curriculum,they teach in various ways,such as internship and training,innovation and entrepreneurship projects,service and public welfare labor,striving to realize the deep integration between professional growth and value cultivation.However,the achievement of some teachers’ labor education objectives is low.In the learning process of labor education,university students have established labor values with the connotation of the new era.However,restricted by the problems of low theoretical literacy and insufficient social experience,they still lose their labor values in some aspects.There are many problems in the labor education of university students in the new era,which can be attributed to the lack of curriculum and environmental protection of labor education in some schools,the lack of labor education ideas and teaching methods that keep pace with the times in some teachers,and the existence of negative labor values in some students.To improve these problems,first of all,schools must create and integrate the link points between various schools and various platforms,so as to build a labor curriculum system with the combination of hands and brain and the integration of knowledge and practice。At the same time,schools should create a labor culture with affinity and create a labor education environment.Secondly,teachers should improve labor education with flexible and diversified collective labor,and advocate the form of labor education of self-reliance and teamwork.Teachers should combine exploring reality with problem orientation,and practice realistic,innovative and promising labor education methods.Finally,university students should experience different labor roles in the actively created labor situation。They should develop reasonable consumption habits in the front line of production practice,so as to improve their moral and legal cultivation in participating in public welfare labor.
