| In 2000,the American scholars Large and Platt proposed the brand new teaching form of flipped classroom teaching mode,after12 years,Chinese scholars began to explore and study the flipped classroom model.Flipped classroom is a learning way to show the newly taught teaching content in the form of online class,effectively using the class time of teachers and students in class,and solving teaching problems through the cooperation between teachers and students.The National Outline of Medium-term and Long-Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)clearly puts forward the requirements of using information means to serve teaching and promote the development of students’ abilities in all aspects,therefore,the proposal of the flipped classroom model provides the possibility to cultivate lifelong athletes,responsibilities,problem solvers and elegant lifestyle.The flipped classroom teaching model aims to give students a sound and excellent personality.For junior high school students,using literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and interview,grade two students randomly select 2 experimental classes and 2control classes for a 14-week teaching experiment.This paper discusses the effect of flipped classroom mode teaching on the physical quality index,football skill index and teaching effect dimension of junior high school students,and provides theoretical and practical reference significance for physical education teaching.The study concluded that:(1)In the flipped classroom teaching mode,after the classroom practice,the improvement effect of the students’ physical quality level(speed,strength and endurance)is not obvious.(2)The group characteristics of junior high school students are significantly different in the effect of flipped classroom teaching.Personality characteristics determine learning attitude.In the experiment,girls’ self-consciousness and self-control are generally better than boys.Students with better learning attitude can show better performance and excellent results,so as to improve sports skills and ability.(3)Flip classroom teaching shows the extension of teachers and students teaching guidance and students main unity of bilateral teaching process,and the use of the flipped classroom can satisfy the personalized guidance,according to the individual differences of students targeted according to their aptitude,and flexible guidance to students,improve the overall control of teachers’ classroom. |
