Research purposes:In 2020,the national document clearly stated that it is necessary to continuously deepen the reform and start a good physical education class.Opening physical education class is helpful to promote students’ all-round development and personality development,and provides practical support for the characteristic development of school physical education and health curriculum.In order to actively respond to the country’s requirements for diversified and characteristic development of education,a set of curriculum content system suitable for parkour in primary schools was constructed in combination with the demand of setting up school-based curriculum for parkour in Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing.According to the curriculum content system,the teaching implementation plan and learning evaluation were designed,which provided systematic theoretical guidance for the development of parkour in Chaoyang Experimental Primary School.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,interview and Delphi,this paper takes the school-based curriculum development of Parkour in Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing as the research object,and studies it from five aspects: guiding ideology and principles,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,teaching implementation plan and learning evaluation.Research results:1.The purpose of school physical education is to develop students’ basic motor skills and physical fitness,and on this basis,to promote the development of students’ will quality and improve their personality.Therefore,the school-based curriculum development of parkour is guided by "fitness and educating people".The safety of sports,the peculiarities of students’ physical and mental development,and the growth of cognitive ability should all be taken into account when teaching sports.We should take the principles of safety,scientificity,step by step,coordinated physical development and fun as the principles for the construction of school-based curriculum system of parkour.2.According to the Curriculum Standard of Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education,the characteristics of Parkour Project and the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students,the general goal including sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality and the level goal of Level 2 and Level 3 are constructed.3.The school-based curriculum content index system of Parkour in Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing has been preliminarily constructed,including four first-level indicators such as theoretical knowledge and technical actions,20 second-level indicators such as the origin and development of Parkour,its characteristics and value,and85 third-level indicators such as its origin and development.The effective recovery rates of the three rounds of questionnaires were 95%,95% and 100% respectively.In the three rounds of letters and inquiries,12 experts put forward amendments,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.88.In the third round of letters and inquiries,the Kendall coefficients of the three indicators were 0.44,0.38 and 0.26,respectively,and the experts’ opinions were relatively consistent.4.Through the interview with the physical education teachers of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School,it is known that Chaoyang Experimental Primary School has parkour classroom and related equipment,and the teachers and class planning are also clearly arranged.The preparatory work for the school-based curriculum of parkour is basically in place.Combined with the actual situation of Chaoyang Experimental Primary School,the guiding ideology and principles are fully integrated into the curriculum objectives and content,and the teaching plan including level,large units and class hours is gradually designed.5.The school-based curriculum learning evaluation system of Parkour in Beijing Chaoyang Experimental Primary School was established after taking into consideration the academic quality description of emerging sports in the 2022 edition of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education and combining it with the actual situation of Beijing Chaoyang Experimental Primary School.Research conclusions:1.Outline the traits and benefits of parkour,choose "fitness and teaching people" as the system’s guiding ideology,and build the curriculum according to the following tenets:safety,scientificity,gradualism,coordinated physical growth,and interest.2.Construct the general goal and level goal of school-based curriculum of Parkour.3.Create a content index system with four first-level indicators,twenty second-level indicators,and 85 third-level indicators for the school-based parkour curriculum at Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing.4.Incorporate the content of the school-based curriculum of Parkour into the teaching case design of the school-based curriculum of Parkour,and form the case design of horizontal teaching,unit teaching and class teaching plan for reference.5.The evaluation content and reference scale are constructed by combining process evaluation with summative evaluation,teacher evaluation with student evaluation for reference.
