Abstract:Established in2001three level curriculum management system in China, and further promote the curriculum reform of basic education. The implementation of three level curriculum management system, the sports curriculum decision-making body showing a diversified development trend. The school-based curriculum of physical education, is a new philosophy of education, the innovation education mode, the students benefit from and teachers for the purpose, the school leadership team, teachers’ comprehensive ability demanding an "education project", in the process of development and implementation, not only beneficial to the professional development teachers, promote cooperation and exchanges in education, and form the unique characteristics of education schools, let the school to better adapt to the needs of the market and the harmonious development of society. Research and development of sports school-based curriculum provides favorable development space for the school to establish a more perfect sports teaching goal and the teaching characteristics, and contribute to the physical education teachers’ professional level, more reflect the democratization of education teaching idea, break the traditional sports curriculum, the full development of the personality of students. This paper adopts the research methods of literature, logical induction, interviews, mathematical statistics and so on, is guided by the theory of curriculum theory, with the scientific attitude of school-based curriculum development and be good at learning from the past and present experience, suitable for transformation on the one hand, school has use of the course resources, on the other hand with Chengdu City Experimental Middle School own development goals and geographical environment, and actively explore and develop new practical course resources and teaching mode. Suggestion:under the guidance of the government, to further implement the "sports and health" curriculum system, curriculum integration and teaching reform effective argumentation. To enhance the enthusiasm of PE teachers of the development of school-based curriculum, the teachers themselves to become participants, rsearchers.
