Objective:This paper takes the five-bird opera as the training content, analyzes and compares the experimental data obtained before and after the five-bird opera training, discusses the effect of the five-bird opera practice on the improvement of college students’ balance ability, and provides a reference for college students to find effective fitness methods to improve their physical fitness. Methods:This paper takes the experimental study of the five-bird opera to promote the balance ability of college students as the research object, and uses the research methods such as literature method, mathematical statistical method, experimental method and logical analysis method. The 37 selected undergraduate students were divided into two groups, and the experimental group underwent an 8-week five-bird play intervention exercise,3times a week, each time for 70 minutes. Each 70-minute five-bird exercise includes 15 minutes of body joint warm-up and basic gait footwork,45 minutes of five-bird movement practice and 10 minutes of relaxation and tidying up activities. The control group did not carry out five-bird play intervention exercises, and carried out regular physical education activities. Before and after the experiment, the two groups of students were tested twice, and the influence and promotion effect of five-bird opera practice on the balance ability of college students were explored by analyzing and comparing the test results of the static and dynamic balance ability test indicators of the two groups.Results:1.Static balance ability: after the experiment, the test results of standing on one foot with eyes closed on the left and right legs of the experimental group were significantly higher than before the experiment, with a very significant difference(P<0.01);The results of the single-foot forefoot standing test increased from 5.72?3.13 s to 11.26?3.36 s,and the right leg increased from 5.35?3.21 s to 10.10?3.23 s,which was very significant different from that before the experiment(P<0.01).Test scores for standing on one foot with eyes open also improved significantly. There was no significant difference between the test indexes of standing on one foot with eyes closed, standing on one foot with eyes open, and standing on the sole of one foot before and after the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment, the test results of standing on one foot with closed eyes and standing on the sole of one foot in the experimental group were statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the test results of standing on one foot with eyes open were slightly larger than those in the control group and did not have significant differences(P>0.05).2.Dynamic balance ability: After the experiment,Y balance test scores of the experimental group were significantly different in the front, back, back and out directions and their comprehensive values compared with those before the experiment(P<0.01),while no significant differences were found in all directions and comprehensive values of the control group(P>0.05).After the experiment, the Y balance test scores of the experimental group in the front, back and back directions and their comprehensive values were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.After 8 Friday Avian Play exercise interventions, the test scores of the static balance ability test indicators of the experimental group were improved to varying degrees, which indicated that the Five Birds Play exercise could promote the improvement of static balance ability of college students.2.After 8 Friday bird play exercise interventions, the test scores of the test indicators of dynamic balance ability in the experimental group were improved to varying degrees, which showed that five-bird play exercise could promote the improvement of college students’ dynamic balance ability.
