1.The purposes of research:In this study,by observing the changes of static balance ability before and after the static balance ability training and observing the changes of the accuracy of free shoot,the paper analyzes the influence of static balance ability on the number of free shoot.It is for athlete ' s rate of free shooting to t training and competition.2.The method of research:According to the requirements of the experiment,20 male individuals were selected for the 2016 basketball class of education college at Beijing Sport University and selected as the experimental subjects.First of all,the whole subjects will take part in the test of the static balance ability and the accurate test of free shoot,then we will draw data.We use the method of matching group according to the goal number of free shooting,which are divided into experimental group and control group.Every group will consist of 10persons.Experimental group and control group will take part in the training about passing ball or driving ball three times a week for 8 weeks apart from the training of shooting.Experimental group will take part in the training of static balance ability for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks of static balance training,all subjects will test for static balance ability test and take part in the accurate test of free shooting.The main content of the static balance test is to test under different body posture,such as standing on one's leg and standing on one leg.Each test is performed once.If the subject fails to complete the test effectively,it needs to be retested after two minutes' rest.The content of accurate test of free shooting is that the subject hold a ball on the free shooting line,but he do not put his feet on the line.Auxiliary who is responsible for rebounding and passing the ball to the subjects,subjects do not need their own free shooting after the end of the rebound,just after the end of the free shoot to the auxiliary 1 chest pass or hit the ball.Requires subjects to 12 consecutive free throws,requiring each free-throw time of not more than 10 seconds.The subject do not jump when makes free shoot.Second assistant is responsible for recording the number of free throw attempts.Subjects were required to complete a free-throw test at the basal heart rate(120 beats/min).3.The conclusion of research:(1)Eight-week balance training can improve the body' s ability to balance static.The improvement of static balance ability of athletes helps to increase the ability of body control direction and center of gravity stability,long-term adherence to training can improve the balance training effect.(2)After 8 weeks 'static balance training,the subjects' body static balance ability improved,and the static balance ability improved significantly when the one-legged standing eyes closed state.(3)The number of free throw attempts in the experimental group increased after the static balance ability training.The number of free throws in the experimental group before the test and the number of the score in the free throw basket were paired t-test.The experimental group The number of goals in the free throws is significant compared with the front.(4)After 8 weeks' passing and dribbling training,the control group was tested for static balance ability and free throw basket accuracy,and the control group was tested by the t test before and after the test.The results of the analysis showed that the static balance ability of the control group did not change statistically before and after.The precision of the free throw basket was analyzed by t-test.The results showed that there was no significant change in the control group before and after the test.
