The interaction between teachers and students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school is of great significance.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that who to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom is the fundamental issue of education.The teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating new people in the era,and the interaction between teachers and students in teaching profoundly affects the effect of establishing morality and cultivating people.However,there are still some problems and factors affecting the interaction between teachers and students in the current teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,which hinder the generation of good interaction.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to discover and analyze problems,clarify the causes of problems,and explore measures to improve the interaction between teachers and students in teaching.First of all,figure out the relevant concepts and basic theories.Clarify the definition of the concepts of teacher-student interaction,the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,and the interaction between teachers and students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school.Grasp the theoretical basis of teacher-student interaction such as Marxist communication theory,Xi Jinping’s discussion on teacher-student interaction in ideological and political courses,communication behavior theory,and constructivism theory.Explore the basic requirements for the interaction between teachers and students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school: the interaction time should be appropriate,moderate and balanced,the interactive content should be centered on teaching,the interaction method should vary from person to person,and emotional cultivation should be paid attention to in the interaction.It clarifies the significance of teacher-stucipality interaction in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,and plays an important role in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,the core literacy of students,the teaching literacy of teachers’ ideological and political education,and the teacher-stucipality relationship between teachers and friends in.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,inductive analysis method,etc,the current situation of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school is studied.Combined with the survey data,it clarifies the results achieved by the interaction between teachers and students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,including stimulating the learning interest of junior high school students,increasing the professional happiness of teachers,and creating a relatively good class atmosphere.Explore and explain the problems existing in the interaction between teachers and students in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,including the short time and frequency of interaction,the content of interaction is easy to deviate from the teaching reality,the old-fashioned and simple method of interaction,and the inequality between the subjects of interaction.Analyze the causes of the problem: the subjective consciousness of interaction is weak,the attitude of interaction is not correct,the ability of interaction is insufficient,and the system of interaction is not perfect.Finally,combined with the problems and causes of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,targeted improvement measures are proposed from four aspects: the basis of interaction,teacher literacy,student ability and institutional system.First,consolidate the foundation of the relationship between teachers and students.Clarify the due relationship between teachers and students in teaching interaction,and strengthen the emotional bond between teachers and students.Second,improve the interactive literacy of teachers’ teaching.Enhance the awareness of interaction,master interactive knowledge,tap interactive teaching resources,optimize interactive teaching design,and explore and innovate ways of interaction.Third,improve the interactive ability of students.Stimulate the subjectivity of junior high school students in course learning,improve their problem awareness and cognitive level,and develop listening habits and communication interests.Fourth,improve the relevant system.Establish and improve the training system for teacher-student interaction interaction,the institutional requirements for teacher-student interaction in curriculum teaching,and the evaluation system for teacher-student interaction,etc,so as to ensure the effective development of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of "Eth and the Rule of Law" in junior high school.
