Postgraduates are the main group of academic subjects,and their awareness of academic norms is not only related to the healthy development of their own academic career,but also related to the overall academic innovation atmosphere of universities,and more importantly,to the connotation development of higher education quality.In recent years,various violations of academic norms of master students have occurred frequently,and the issue of academic norms of postgraduate has been paid attention to by academic circles,and it is of great significance to improve the awareness of academic norms of graduate students and improve the level of graduate training for the healthy development and quality improvement of China’s graduate education in response to the violations of academic norms by some master students.This study takes academic ecology as the perspective,composes and analyzes the concepts and theories related to the academic normative consciousness of postgraduate,takes the components of academic normative consciousness as the basis,compiles the research questionnaire on the problems of academic normative consciousness of postgraduate in the academic ecology perspective and the improvement paths,and investigates the current situation and the causes of the problems of academic normative consciousness of postgraduate in the academic ecology perspective.The questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation and the causes of the problems of academic standard awareness among postgraduate in the academic ecological perspective.In order to have a deeper understanding of the actual situation of academic standard awareness of postgraduate in the academic ecological perspective,this study also adopts the interview method and selects 12 postgraduate to conduct in-depth interviews.Through the questionnaire and interviews,we found that there are significant differences in the overall situation of academic awareness among postgraduate in the academic ecological perspective in terms of gender,grade and institution;in terms of graduate categories,there is no significant difference in the overall situation of academic awareness between academic and professional postgraduate;on the whole,the overall level of academic awareness among postgraduate is low and average.In terms of specific dimensions,there is no significant difference between academic postgraduate and professional postgraduate.In terms of specific dimensions,academic innovation consciousness is slightly better than academic formal knowledge consciousness,and the level of academic formal knowledge consciousness needs to be improved,in addition to some poor academic ethical consciousness,which needs to be improved.Based on the above investigation,this study proposes the path to improve the academic standard awareness of postgraduate in the context of academic ecology from the ecological theory of pedagogy.Firstly,from the academic subject of graduate students,graduate students should clarify their own identity,give full play to the self-consciousness of academic subjects and mobilize academic subjects to provide timely feedback and regulation.Thirdly,from the academic environment,we should break the barriers of postgraduate research resources restriction factor,purify the ecosphere of postgraduate academic supervision mechanism,improve the punishment mechanism of postgraduate academic misconduct,improve the academic evaluation system of postgraduate students,play the guiding and integrating role of tutor factor and strengthen the guidance and supervision of social opinion.
