| The rapid development of Internet technology is constantly changing people’s learning and life. The widespread use of electronic devices has made mobile learning and fragmented learning increasingly popular. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council proposed in the "2035 Modernization of Education in China" to actively promote "online education" to inject new vitality into education reform and development. On February 13,2023,the World Digital Education Conference with the theme of "Digital Transformation and the Future of Education" pointed out that China has built the world’s largest education resource center and will deepen the implementation of the education digitalization strategy action.Smart classrooms will promote the balanced development of education, and at the same time, seven smart education platform standard specifications have been formulated to empower digital education.Currently, blended learning, which combines the advantages of traditional teaching and online teaching, has been widely supported by experts and scientists.Professor He of Beijing Normal University has proposed a blended learning model aimed at integrating online teaching into traditional classrooms, improving students’ motivation and physical fitness. As the times progress,it is crucial to cultivate a student-centered teaching form based on the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and to develop students’ abilities in innovation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.The current traditional teaching model for high school gymnastics classes cannot fully meet the needs, but a blended learning model based on Classin can flexibly combine various course activities in the management system to transform the teaching mode. From course design in classroom design, from teaching design to learning design, each student can have a personalized learning path. The core literacy abilities of students are cultivated, and the lifelong learning abilities of teachers and students are jointly developed. In addition,a flexible and efficient literacy ability system design plan is provided, coupled with a powerful process evaluation, statistical and recording module, which can form a literacy evaluation and truly promote the development of core literacy abilities. This article conducts experimental research on the teaching of gymnastics classes at Harbin No.3 Middle School, comparing and analyzing the experimental research on blended learning based on ClassIn and traditional teaching. The aim of this study is to improve students’ learning outcomes and changes in learning interest through blended learning. The theoretical significance of this study lies in the application of this new teaching method to high school gymnastics classes by studying blended learning in gymnastics classes, which can provide reference for the teaching methods of high school gymnastics classes. The practical significance is that blended learning can improve students’ learning motivation, truly promote active learning and understanding of this exercise, and improve the efficiency and quality of classroom teaching. This study adopted various methods, including literature review, questionnaire survey, experimental method, expert interview, and mathematical statistics, based on previous research and combining the advantages of traditional teaching and flipped classroom teaching to develop a blended learning approach using ClassIn.An experimental hypothesis was established based on this approach, and a comparative experiment was conducted using experimental and control groups in a 8-week,16-hour gymnastics class at Harbin No.3 Middle School(with 20 students in the experimental group and 21 in the control group). The effects of the two teaching methods on learning outcomes and changes in learning interest were investigated through a questionnaire survey, and feedback evaluations of the experimental group on the blended learning design based on ClassIn for gymnastics were collected. The following research results were obtained.1.After an 8-week teaching experiment, there were significant differences(P<0.05)in both the technical movements and theoretical knowledge of aerobics between the experimental class using the ClassIn blended teaching mode and the control class using traditional teaching methods.2.In terms of learning interest, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the control group using traditional teaching methods and the experimental group using a hybrid teaching method based on ClassIn before and after the experiment. However, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)in the experimental group using the hybrid teaching method based on ClassIn before and after the experiment. After the experiment, there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the control group using traditional teaching methods and the experimental group using the hybrid teaching method based on ClassIn.3."In terms of teaching evaluation, there was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the experimental class using the ClassIn hybrid teaching mode and the control class using the traditional teaching mode."Based on the above research results, the following research conclusions were drawn.1.The mixed teaching mode of ClassIn aerobics has achieved certain effects in improving students’ learning outcomes in both theoretical knowledge and technical movements. However, compared with traditional teaching methods, there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the former in improving students’ technical movements and theoretical knowledge. The mixed teaching mode of ClassIn can integrate online and offline learning resources, expand students’ learning channels, and enrich their learning experience.Through rich teaching resources and diverse teaching methods,it can guide students on how to use online learning resources and integrate online and classroom learning, thereby improving students’ learning outcomes.2.Both the blended learning approach and the traditional teaching method have a positive impact on cultivating students’ interest in learning aerobics based on ClassIn.The experiment shows a significant difference between the two methods, proving their effectiveness in this aspect. However, the former has a more significant effect than the latter.3.Through post-course surveys,it was found that students in the experimental group and the control group had high satisfaction with the teaching design. However, through comparative analysis,it was concluded that the ClassIn blended learning design was superior to the traditional teaching mode in terms of learning, enthusiasm, organization, group interaction, individual communication, course expansion, exams, assignments, and overall impression.Students generally believed that the ClassIn blended learning model could enable them to learn more autonomously, better master the course content, and increase their interest in the course. |
