| With the deepening of basic education reform in China,the requirements for high-quality teachers are also gradually increasing.Teachers shoulder the important mission of training socialist builders and successors,and building a high-quality and professional teacher team has become one of the important contents of national education development and strengthening the construction of teachers in the new era.Improving teachers’ teaching and research ability is an effective way to promote teachers’ professional development."Opinions on Strengthening Educational Scientific Research in the New Era" issued by the Ministry of Education clearly states that "primary and secondary school teachers are encouraged and supported to enhance their awareness of scientific research and actively participate in education,teaching and research activities.It can be seen that training "research-oriented teachers" has become an important measure for the current construction of teachers by improving their scientific research ability,among which the master teacher workshop is a new way for teachers to practice scientific research.The "Famous Teacher Workshop" for primary and secondary school teachers is one of the "three classes and three classes" key teacher construction system of Shaanxi Provincial Education Department.After the academic leaders are selected by the education administrative department,they will organize their own master teacher workshops.The purpose is to promote the balanced development of teachers across the province,comprehensively improve the overall level of basic education in Shaanxi Province,and build a team of high-quality teachers.The research activities of the Master Teacher Workshop are mainly subject research-oriented,with the principle of "subject leading and task driven" and classroom teaching as the main position.Different "problems" encountered in teaching are regarded as subjects for study and research.In a series of scientific research and practice activities around the topic,teachers can continuously improve their professional quality in participating activities,and transform the research results into high-quality teaching.Through literature research method,research practice method,interview method and other research methods,this topic research takes part of the famous musicians’ workshops in Yanta District,Weiyang District and Lianhu District of Xi ’an as the research object.Based on the actual participation in various research-oriented scientific research activities carried out by the workshops,this paper analyzes the promoting effect of the famous musicians’ workshops on the professional quality of music teachers.The research results show that by participating in the teaching and research practice of the famous teacher workshop,music teachers can effectively improve the overall professional quality of teachers,including educational concept and teacher ethics,professional knowledge and music basic skills,education and teaching ability,modern information technology ability,music education and research ability,etc.,so as to promote the rapid growth of teachers’ professional.At the same time,in view of the difficulties and problems existing in the master teacher workshop,such as the conflict of time to carry out activities in the workshop,the lack of targeted research activities for members,and the single learning content and form of activities,the author put forward his own thinking and strategic suggestions. |
