| In July 2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the homework burden and off-campus training burden of Students in Compulsory Education,namely the "double reduction policy" that is currently concerned by the society.It should be noted that sports and art training is not in the scope of discipline training,the state will be more as an extracurricular hobby,encourage the majority of junior high school students to actively engage in sports,cultivate good physical exercise habits.Therefore,the social training institutions opened by the state aim to make up for the deficiency of school physical education and family physical education effectively in the youth physical training industry.The purpose of this study is based on the "Shuang Jian" policy background,in the school sports study,sports,sports sociology teaching theory,system theory and other disciplines theory as the instruction,from family,school and community in the junior middle school students to cultivate the students’ physical quality coordination failure this dilemma,according to the basic situation of youth sports literacy training part provinces and cities,Based on the existing problems,this paper constructs a three-party linkage model of family,school and community for junior high school students’ sports literacy training,aiming to further improve the training and training efficiency of junior high school students’ sports literacy,and provide a theoretical thinking and exploration for the healthy growth and development of junior high school students.Specifically,the objectives of this study are divided into the following three aspects:(1)to analyze the current basic situation of junior high school students’ physical literacy training;(2)To clarify the practical dilemma of junior middle school students’ physical literacy training;(3)The linkage mode of family,school and society of junior high school students’ physical literacy training under the background of "double reduction" is constructed from four aspects: objective,mechanism,content and strategy.This study in junior middle school students,junior high school physical education teachers in school,and community management staff and students’ parents as investigation object,and prepare the questionnaire to get the corresponding empirical research data,through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model of statistical methods to analyze the junior middle school students physical quality training linkage model of influence factors of family,school,community,On this basis,the strategy of constructing linkage mode is proposed,and the research conclusions are as follows:(1)In the process of junior high school students’ physical literacy training,the linkage effect between community,family and school is not good,and the stadium facilities affect the role of community sports in the promotion of junior high school students’ physical literacy.(2)Parents can participate in the linkage model of junior high school students’ physical literacy through cognition,participation,support and example effect,while schools can participate in the linkage model through five aspects: leadership support,teacher ability improvement,fund allocation,organization and management and information feedback.Community sports are involved in three aspects: organization and management,venue funds,publicity and education.Among them,parents’ support,school leaders’ support,community publicity and education,and students’ participation in sports have the most significant influence on the linkage model of sports literacy training of junior high school students.(3)The construction path of the linkage mode of sports literacy training of junior high school students includes the following five aspects: first,taking "law" as the basis,and improving the three-party linkage legal procedure;Second,parties should clarify their responsibilities and establish a list of responsibilities for a long-term mechanism.Third,to achieve personnel exchange,guide community junior high school sports instructors to participate in the mechanism operation;Fourth,the government should gradually delegate power and strengthen the role of market main body in the operation of long-term mechanism.Fifth,take the project as the starting point,and build a solid operation platform of the three-party linkage long-term mechanism. |
