High school music appreciation teaching is an aesthetic education to further improve the quality of the nation and popularize the public on the basis of compulsory education.As one of the basic concepts of the high school music curriculum standards(2017 edition),"promoting ethnic music and understanding diversified cultures" emphasizes the important position of ethnic music in high school music appreciation teaching.By studying folk music,students can deepen their understanding and love of China’s traditional music culture,strengthen their national cultural self-confidence,and cultivate patriotic sentiments.During the high school apprenticeship and study,it was learned that students did not reflect positively enough on the appreciation of instrumental music works and the teaching effect needs to be improved.In this paper,we will take the socialist view of literature and art with Chinese characteristics and Xi Jinping’s theory of literature and art as our guide,and combine them with the concept of the new high school music standard to re-examine the part of folk instrumental works in high school music textbooks.Through the analysis of the textbook itself,teachers’ teaching and students’ learning,we will comprehensively improve the effect of using the Renmin version of the music textbook in high school folk instrumental music appreciation class,put the requirements of the curriculum into practice,stimulate students’ interest in learning folk instrumental music,guide students to listen to and experience folk instrumental music while understanding the humanistic spirit behind the works,so that students can understand and love their own folk music,and fundamentally achieve cultural confidence.This will enable students to understand and love the music of their own people and to be culturally confident from the very beginning.The whole paper is divided into the following five parts:(1)Introductory section.The paper is divided into the following five parts: Introduction,which is a review of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation points.(2)The teaching of folk instrumental music in high school in the context of core literacy,and the analysis of the objectives of teaching folk instrumental music and the teaching materials of folk instrumental music unit in the context of the teaching concept of the new standard.(3)A survey and analysis of the current situation of teaching folk instrumental music works.This course will combine the existing academic findings with field research to record the problems in the teaching of folk instrumental music and analyze the causes.(4)Strategies for teaching folk instrumental works.To propose strategies for improving ethnic instrumental music works in response to the problems found.(5)Teaching effectiveness and suggestions.To verify the effectiveness of the teaching strategies in relation to the academic quality standards and to suggest improvements.
