Sports skill learning is the core of school sports and even youth sports.The national top-level design attaches great importance to the training of youth sports skills.For this reason,it has issued a series of guidance documents such as the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth,and clearly put forward the requirement that each student should master at least one sports skill,The project of "learning a sports skill" implemented by Qingdao has important research significance as a specific practice to achieve this requirement.Based on the WSR methodology,this paper intends to comprehensively discuss the implementation effect and influencing factors of the project of "learning a sports skill",so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for promoting the improvement of the teaching effect of the project of "learning a sports skill".By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper combs the current situation of "learning a sports skill" and its influencing factors through a large number of reading literature.In order to accurately measure the implementation effect and its influencing factors,combined with the actual situation,a questionnaire on the influencing factors of the implementation effect of the "learning a sports skill" project in the middle and upper grades of primary schools in Qingdao was compiled.Based on the pre survey data,Item analysis,reliability test and validity test were carried out.The variance analysis was used to test the difference of the implementation effect in gender and grade;Use correlation analysis to analyze the correlation between each variable pair,and use multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship between facility factors,institutional factors,interpersonal factors and implementation effect.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Among the factors influencing the implementation effect of the project,interpersonal factor scored the highest(4.00),followed by facility factor(3.87),and institutional factor scored the lowest(3.42).(2)There was no statistically significant difference in the implementation effect between different genders(P=0.729>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the implementation effect between different grades(P=0.630>0.05).(3)There is a significant correlation among facility factors,institutional factors and interpersonal factors,and there is also a significant correlation between facility factors,institutional factors,interpersonal factors and implementation effects.(4)Facility factors,institutional factors and interpersonal factors have significant positive effects on the implementation effect.The influence of institutional factors on the implementation effect is higher than that of facility factors,and the influence of facility factors on the implementation effect is higher than that of interpersonal factors.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:(1)Improve the physical environment of school sports and give full play to the role of sports facilities.(2)Improve the rules and regulations of school sports,strengthen the implementation and supervision of the system.(3)Build a harmonious atmosphere of sports interpersonal relationship and promote the improvement of sports teaching effect.
