The development of economy,the intensification of competition and the progress of technology have brought a huge impact on the traditional business model.The emerging business model and information technology have put forward new requirements for enterprise business model,information system and talent construction.As the first financial personnel training enterprise in Wuhan,RH company has become a group employees across the country.In recent years,with the rapid development of business scale,the company has paid more attention to the improvement of customer demand and the increasing pressure from competitors.At present,the company’s staff quality has been unable to fully meet the current market environment.It is urgent to optimize the original training system and improve the comprehensive ability of employees in all aspects.Therefore,this paper takes the optimization of the employee training system of RH Company as the research object.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,etc.,based on adult learning theory,learning organization theory,training needs analysis theory,etc.,this paper studies and analyzes the training system of RH Company.First,it analyzes the general situation and human resources structure of RH Company,the development process and current situation of the enterprise training system,and then combines questionnaires and interviews,According to the survey of the current situation of enterprise training,it is found that there are insufficient analysis and research of training needs,imperfect curriculum system,lack of lecturer resources,and non-standard training evaluation and assessment.On this basis,combined with the research theory,we designed the optimization plan for the staff training system of RH Company,designed the specific plan for the four aspects of training demand analysis and research optimization,training course system optimization,lecturer management and incentive system optimization,training evaluation and assessment optimization,and further proposed the establishment of a learning organization,staff ideological guidance and career planning,training funds and information technology enabling security and other security measures.It is expected to help enterprises optimize training results and improve their core competitiveness.On the basis of studying the relevant theories of applied training,this paper explores the optimization scheme in line with the actual situation of RH company,and solves the practical problems of its company development.At the same time,it can provide demonstration and reference for other similar enterprises.
