In the context of the continuous development of information technology,science and technology have reached unprecedented heights.Education,as a fundamental and strategic support for implementing the "revitalization of science and education" and "strengthening the country through talents," as well as building a socialist modernization powerhouse comprehensively,must keep pace with the times and the development of the era.In recent years,the advent of the novel intelligent experimental device Arduino has witnessed its successful application in the realm of physics laboratory instruction.With its attributes of effortless operation,cost-effectiveness,and robust performance,Arduino has emerged as a prominent tool in facilitating physics experiment-based pedagogy.Through reading relevant literature on Arduino and physics experiments at home and abroad,the distribution of research hotspots on Arduino and physics experiments was sorted out.It was found that compared with foreign research,there is less related research in China,most of which are limited to information technology teaching,with insufficient connection between various subjects.Most of the research is limited to theoretical analysis and product design,lacking actual teaching applications.It is unable to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of conducting physics experiments based on Arduino in teaching.Therefore,this study analyzed the feasibility and effectiveness of conducting physics experiments based on Arduino from the basis of constructivist learning theory,multiple intelligence theory,and inquiry-based learning theory,using literature research method,experimental control method,questionnaire survey method,etc.Based on the characteristics of learners,device advantages,and subject difficulties,three sections of "Magnetic field magnetic lines," "Several common magnetic fields," and"The third law of thermodynamics" in the "Electromagnetism" and "Thermodynamics" directions were selected,and experimental devices and teaching design based on Arduino were designed.Relevant experimental research was conducted in a science and technology museum and a high school in Ningxia,and a comparison experiment was conducted by setting up an experimental class and a control class.The research findings demonstrate the feasibility of implementing Arduino-based physics laboratory experiments at the senior physics teaching.This pedagogical approach exhibits the potential to effectively transform students’ learning methodologies,enhance their interest in studying physics,facilitate the modernization of teaching practices,and proficiently accomplish the instructional objectives.
