Research On The "Four-Wheel Drive" Development Mode Of Nanning Rural Basketball Tournament Under The Background Of Sports Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,poverty alleviation has become an important task of national governance.To this end,the General Offices of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Innovating mechanisms to steadily Promote Rural Poverty alleviation and Development,and put forward a targeted poverty alleviation strategy.In this context,sports poverty alleviation has become an important part of poverty alleviation and was included in the overall poverty alleviation plan in July 2018,promoting the deep integration of targeted poverty alleviation and sports assistance in poverty alleviation.The General Administration of Sport of Guangxi implements the spirit of the poverty alleviation document of the CPC Central Committee,gives full play to the unique advantages of the sports industry in the battle against poverty,builds the "sports plus" development mode in poor areas,and creates the "four-wheel drive" mode of poverty alleviation through events,industries,facilities and fitness,so as to form a sports targeted poverty alleviation path of integrated development of sports and poverty alleviation.It has a wide range of social and practical significance.In this context,this paper draws on the "four-wheel drive" mode of Guangxi General Administration of Sport and applies it to Nanning rural basketball tournament,promotes the combination of basketball tournament and "sports +" mode,and constructs the "four-wheel drive" development mode of basketball tournament,aiming at effectively promoting the sustainable and healthy development of basketball tournament,and deepening the effectiveness of helping the tournament.Practice the cluster effect of "sports +" comprehensive assistance.This study takes "How to better construct the" four-wheel drive "development mode of Nanning rural basketball tournament under the background of sports targeted poverty alleviation" as the core topic.From the perspective of sports event poverty alleviation,it adopts the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Based on the theory of targeted poverty alleviation,stakeholders and sustainable development,this paper carries out a systematic analysis of the basketball tournament in rural areas of Nanning City,and combines the field investigation and domestic and foreign literature to draw the following research conclusions:1.The "four-wheel drive" development mode of Nanning rural basketball tournament needs extensive practice and improvement.In the aspect of "sports +fitness",rural people participate in basketball fitness less,fitness awareness needs to be improved;In the aspect of "sports + events",there are various forms of hosting basketball events in rural areas,but there are some problems such as unstable source of funds and lack of professional talents.In terms of "sports + industry",there is a lack of industrial policy planning,investment and financing channels and a low degree of cross-border integration.In terms of "sports + facilities",the number of basketball courts is insufficient,the per capita basketball court area is lower than the overall average level of Nanning,the quality of the courts is poor and the technical equipment is insufficient.2.The relevant interest subjects of Nanning rural basketball tournament can be divided into core interest subjects,dormant interest subjects and marginal interest subjects.The collaborative assistance of all relevant stakeholders is the key to the construction of the "four-wheel drive" development model,and an important force to promote the sustainable and healthy development of basketball events and practice the function and role of the "sports +" model.3.The "four-wheel drive" development mode of Nanning rural basketball tournament consists of four basic "sports plus" development modes: "Sports plus fitness","sports plus competition","sports plus industry" and "sports plus facilities",forming a joint force to jointly promote the sustainable and healthy development of the tournament.4.Aiming at the sustainable development of basketball events in rural areas of Nanning City,this study analyzes the "four-wheel drive" development mode of basketball events in rural areas of Nanning City from the economic,social,environmental and cultural perspectives of sustainable development theory,and proposes specific sustainable development strategies based on the actual situation,aiming at promoting the sustainable development of basketball events in rural areas of Nanning City.
