Innovation is the soul of an era of progress and the driving force of social progress and development.In the current wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the cultivation of innovative talents has become the core content of current vocational education.As a member of vocational education,secondary vocational school is an important base for cultivating highly skilled innovative talents.However,in the traditional teaching of secondary vocational schools,teacher pay too much attention to the process of students’ receiving and mastering knowledge and skills,while ignoring the process of discovering and exploring problems.This teaching method makes students lack independent thinking ability,which is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative ability.And hinder the development of individuation and creativity of students.Based on this,the core concept of "practice,innovation,cooperation and sharing" of maker education is integrated into the teaching of the project.While cultivating students’ self-inquiry ability and low-order thinking of hands-on ability,attention is paid to the development of students’ problem analysis and solving ability,critical thinking and higher-order thinking of innovation ability.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,interview,questionnaire,observation and action research.First of all,the research status of maker education and project-based teaching methods at home and abroad was obtained through a large amount of literature review,which provided references for this research.In addition,the core concept of maker education was summarized as "practice,innovation,cooperation and sharing" by combining previous research results and related literature research.Secondly,based on the concept of maker education,this study takes constructivism theory,pragmatism education theory,blended learning theory and Bloom’s classification of educational objectives as theoretical basis.At the same time,it analyzes the current teaching status of Web Design and Production in secondary vocational schools.It also analyzes the feasibility of project-based teaching of maker education for Web Design and Production in secondary vocational schools,and builds a project teaching model based on the concept of maker education on the basis of the above.The teaching process of this teaching model is guided by the concept of maker education,driven by project tasks,integrates online and offline,and adopts the teaching method of "two-stage and four-ring",in order to achieve better teaching effects.In order to verify the feasibility of the teaching effect,this paper conducts three rounds of action research on the research object,and analyzes the teaching effect after the practice.Through the analysis of students’ work completion,teaching evaluation,student questionnaire analysis and teacher and student interview results,it is concluded that: The project teaching model based on the concept of maker education is effective.The application of this model has been recognized by teachers and students.It has changed the status quo of traditional curriculum teaching,enabling students to have more time to operate in class,making the classroom atmosphere more active,and making the communication between teachers and students closer.At the same time,the application of this model can effectively improve students’ ability of independent inquiry,hands-on practice and awareness of cooperation and sharing,improve students’ ability of problem analysis and solution,critical thinking and innovation ability of higher-order thinking.
