Career planning education in ordinary high schools is an effective way to promote students’ healthy personality development and cultivate their talents.Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,the importance of high school career planning education has gradually attracted widespread attention from the education and social sectors.However,high school career planning education in China is still in the initial exploration stage,and the implementation of career planning lacks a scientific and systematic effective guidance system,which is not conducive to helping high school students improve their awareness and ability of career planning,and is not conducive to the high-quality implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent in high school schools.This study mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,taking ordinary high schools in counties of L city as the research case.The questionnaire survey sample includes a proportional proportion of ordinary high school students in counties of L city and ordinary high school students from some urban areas of Qingdao,forming a comparison between city level high schools and county level high schools.Stratified sampling is conducted for different grades,genders,family locations,and school properties to obtain large-scale data,Conduct a comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis of the current status of career planning education.This study conducted qualitative interviews with stakeholders such as the education administrative department staff,teachers,and parents of students in L city,and analyzed and summarized the current situation and problems of career planning education in ordinary high schools in L city.From the perspective of career development theory,this study divides the types of stakeholders in career planning education into four types: core stakeholders,important stakeholders,general stakeholders,and marginal stakeholders,based on the problems of career planning education in county-level ordinary high schools under the background of the new college entrance examination.We have constructed a stakeholder model for high school career planning education in the context of the new college entrance examination.In order to view career planning education in the context of the new college entrance examination more systematically,this study divides subjects with similar attributes or social connections into four major circles: school circle,administrative circle,cooperation circle,and family circle.And this study reasonably examines the current status and problems of high school career planning education from the perspective of stakeholders,and conducts attribution analysis based on the difficulties.Furthermore,it proposes to further optimize the work linkage mechanism of various stakeholders,so that we can truly implement high-quality career planning education in county-level ordinary high schools.
