| The qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers is a statutory occupational licensing system implemented by the country.In 1820,the London Missionary Society of England came to Madagascar to open a school and spread religion.Afterwards,Madagascar completed the establishment of the qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers during the colonial and independent periods.At present,there are still shortcomings in the qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers in Madagascar,which to some extent hinder the construction of the teaching staff and professional development.The formation of China’s primary and secondary school teacher team has certain implications for the construction of Madagascar’s primary and secondary school teacher qualification system.Therefore,the article compares the development and changes of this system in China and Madagascar,as well as the qualification application,qualification recognition,and qualification management in the current system,through methods such as literature research,historical research,and comparative research.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the qualification systems in both countries,and combines the advantages and experiences of this system in China with the current situation of teacher training in Madagascar,provide inspiration for improving the construction of Madagascar’s teacher qualification system.School teachers in China and Madagascar and the implementation of this system in combination with China’s successful practice.In view of the current situation of teacher education in Madagascar,the Opinions on Improving Madagascar’s Teacher Qualification System and Developing China’s Teacher Team were put forward.This Thesis first explains the relevant core concepts and theories of this study,and then compares the historical evolution of the teacher qualification system for primary and secondary schools in China and Madagascar.This section follows the historical trajectory of education policies related to the development of this system in China and Madagascar,briefly reviewing the development process of the two countries’ primary and secondary school teacher systems,summarizing the historical development characteristics of the two countries,and summarizing the similarities and differences between China and Madagascar’s primary and secondary school teacher qualification systems.Then,a comparative study will be conducted on the current state of the qualification system for primary and secondary school teachers between China and Madagascar.This section compares the four aspects of teacher qualification application conditions,qualification exams,qualification recognition,and qualification management between the two countries,and summarizes the different characteristics of China and Madagascar’s primary and secondary school teacher qualification systems in four aspects.Finally,from the comparison of historical and practical situations,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher qualification systems in the two countries,and draw inspiration from the advantages of this system to promote Madagascar’s primary and secondary school teacher qualification system.The inspiration is mainly reflected in six aspects: establishing a specialized language examination system,further improving language requirements,strengthening practical courses,establishing specialized primary and secondary school teacher qualification recognition institutions,strengthening the management of certified qualification certificates,and further improving teacher educational requirements.The focus of this Thesis is on the inspiration of China’s teacher qualification system for Madagascar’s teacher qualification system. |
