Research On The Significant Improvement Of The Effect Of Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Home Care Services

As our country adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,fully implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and adheres to the people-centered development Thought,with the theme of promoting high-quality development,my country has achieved rapid economic development,and people’s living standards have gradually been guaranteed,but the situation of my country’s population aging is very severe.According to the data of the seventh national census,the elderly population over the age of 60 in my country accounts for about 18.9%,and the rate of increase is far higher than the world average level in the same period.The risk of common disability and chronic disease is also increasing,which will have a profound impact on economic growth potential and high-quality development,social security and public services,family function and intergenerational harmony.Therefore,in this situation,social work intervention in urban community home care services will be very important.This paper uses observation,questionnaire,interview and other research methods to carry out community home care services in F community,and strive to explore the problems of home care in F community.Efforts are made to build inclusive home-based care services in F community,and on-the-spot evaluations are carried out using social work methods,with the aim of finding countermeasures to significantly improve the effect of home-based care services in F community.This article consists of five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.The main narration content is the background of the research,the theoretical basis,the domestic and foreign research status of relevant literature,and summary comments,which give a certain degree of analysis and judgment to the core concepts of this research,and describe the research significance,methods and innovation points.There is a research theme for general framework of the article.The second chapter is to describe the status quo of elderly care in F community,as well as the existing problems of home care in F community and the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in urban community home care services.There are a series of problems in the home care service,such as imperfect care equipment,low cognitive level of the elderly,and single service content that is not enough to satisfy all the elderly.This also explains the status quo of social work intervention in urban community home-based care services: in the face of the imperfect visiting system for empty-nest elderly living in urban home communities,the lack of combined medical and nursing services in the community,the problem of humanistic care for the elderly,and the The shortage of facilities(nursing homes)has led to insufficient capacity of centralized care services for the elderly.It is necessary to provide daily care services,medical security services,mental health consultation services,and cultural and recreational activities.The third chapter is an analysis of the process of improving the effect of home care services in F community under the intervention of social work.First,it studies the practical process of home care services in F community,including the program design and intervention process;The effectiveness of practical services is evaluated,including the evaluation of the elderly,the evaluation of community workers and the evaluation of other elderly people who have not participated in the activities.The fourth chapter is the strategy of improving the effect of social work intervention in F community home-based elderly care service.After the summary of practice,questionnaire survey and interview feedback,this paper finds a strategy to improve the effect of elderly care service: one is to introduce a professional team;The first is to establish standardized services;the third is to broaden the channels of diversification;the fourth is to increase the publicity of social work.The fifth chapter is also the final research summary and reflection of this article.With the above-mentioned social work practice and research,as well as the proposal of strategies,the actual situation and social work-related professional methods and theories are integrated with each other,so that learning can be applied and theory combined with practice,improve the effect of home-based care services in urban communities,and provide valuable practical experience and research inspiration in the field of social work for the development of inclusive care services for the elderly on the basis of my country’s positive aging concept and healthy aging.It is of great significance to work towards professional elderly care services in urban communities.
