Junior high school students are in a critical period of personal physical and mental development,in the process of learning,it is easy to become a student with learning difficulties because of various reasons,such as oneself,family,teacher,school,social environment and so on.However,in the teaching process,we found that almost all the classes will have students with learning difficulties,this group of people with normal intelligence,but there is a general lack of academic performance,concentration,lack of self-confidence,be lazy and playful.The concrete performance is in the knowledge,the ability,the character,the method,the physique and so on has the deviation to meet the teaching outline stipulation the basic request.Through reading a large number of literature and collecting data,the author found that most of the students with learning disabilities have the problem of low learning efficacy,which is the students’ belief in their own learning ability,it is the subjective evaluation of the ability to complete the learning task and carry out the specific learning activities,and most of the students with learning disabilities have some differences in the two aspects of behavior and ability.Although the low sense of learning efficacy of junior high school students with learning disabilities has caused widespread concern in family,school,society and academic circles,most of the concern focuses on the cause analysis,coping strategies and psychological performance,with specific cases involved in the few..This research is mainly based on the author’s internship in MZ schools and carried out.By collecting relevant materials through the communication among the students themselves,their parents,their teachers and their teachers,we can find out the basic situation of the students with learning difficulties and analyze and summarize the reasons for their low sense of learning efficacy,analysis of the advantages of developing cases and the author can use the resources.Under the guidance of the social support theory and the dominant perspective theory,this paper carries on through the Literature Research Method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the case study method.The author used the self-efficacy in learning questionnaire compiled by Professor Yufang Beijing Normal University,which was composed of three aspects: personal factors,environmental factors and behavioral factors,this paper investigates the learning efficacy of grade one students in MZ School,and finally selects two typical cases to intervene in the whole process.The work is carried out from three aspects: personal factors,to enhance the ability of junior high school students with learning difficulties and sense of effort,so that students understand their advantages and will magnify the advantages: environmental factors,from the aspects of schoolmates,teachers,family,school and national policy,we should guide the students to arrange their study plan reasonably and strengthen their sense of learning control.After a period of intervention by social workers,it was found that junior high school students’ sense of competence and effort was significantly improved,the sense of environment was greatly improved,and the sense of learning behavior control was strengthened.In the intervention half a month after the end of the object to serve the form teacher contact to understand the continuity of the intervention effect.Therefore,the author believes that the case intervention has a positive role in promoting the learning efficacy of urban junior high school students with learning difficulties,and at the same time has a certain continuity.
