| Severe mental illness will not only cause great harm to the physical and psychological patients,but also bring economic,psychological,social care and other pressure to the caregivers.Compared with urban areas,rural areas have a relatively backward economy and lower medical level,and the caregivers of rural severe psychiatric patients have a heavier care burden.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to study the stress and dilemma faced by the rural severe psychiatric caregivers to relieve the stress and plight of such groups.In this study,we interviewed the caregiver L of rural severe mental patients in seven villages,H District,Shanwei City,to understand the stress of the caregiver L and analyze the needs of the client,and to serve the service object L.First of all,in the preliminary data collection,problem analysis and demand analysis,it was found that the client faced economic,psychological,care and social analysis.Then,the author combined with the problems and needs of the client,adopted the social support theory and the ABC theory,and jointly formulated the service objectives and six service plans together with the client.Correct irrational beliefs and calm anxiety;teach care knowledge and reduce care pressure;link government resources,apply for government subsidies to relieve economic pressure;explore their own advantages and advocate participation in community activities,so as to relieve the care pressure of rural severe mental illness caregivers L.Through case service,help helped to effectively relieve the economic,psychological,care and social pressure.Finally,the service process is summarized,and on the basis of the whole case service study,the suggestions for alleviating rural severe psychiatric patients,and effectively relieve the care pressure of caregivers. |
