Case Study On Improving Livelihood Capacity Of Small Farmers From The Perspective Of Informal Suppor

The most arduous and arduous task for China’s solid progress in promoting common prosperity lies in rural areas.Although the battle against poverty has achieved unprecedented results,this does not mean the end of the task of poverty alleviation.Small farmers as the key point of rural prosperity,we are still the object of our focus.At present,most scholars on small farmers focus on the connection of small farmers with modern agriculture and market from the perspective of agriculture and economics,and there is little research on the improvement of the livelihood ability of small farmers.The problems existing in the informal support level of small farmers are not conducive to the improvement of their livelihood ability.It can be seen that the informal support problem of improving the livelihood ability of small farmers group needs to be solved urgently.To understand small farmers in the livelihood ability of informal support,the author chose J province Y city B county rural revitalization in the process of typical poverty rural community to carry out the field investigation,give priority to with interview method,cooperate with observation method and questionnaire survey,to 50 small farmers visit research,and interview record analysis,to determine the case service object data preparation.In the process of visiting and investigating,the author found that small farmers generally have problems such as insufficient support between neighbors,weak internal support within families and lack of support within the clan.In order to further explore the informal support network in small farmers livelihood ability improve the role of the path,the author screening selected a typical research community poverty consolidation period of small farmers as the research object,through four service stage accumulated seven intervention service,provide professional services for the service object,help improve the service object of informal support,so as to achieve the purpose of livelihood ability to improve.During the service handling stage,the author evaluates the practice process through the evaluation of service target achievement and service object satisfaction,summarizes the effectiveness of the social support network theory and the methods and skills of professional case work,and reflects on the service plan,the service process and the social workers providing service.There are many needs for improving the livelihood capacity of small farmers.To meet these needs,in addition to providing help from the perspective of formal support,social workers need to assist the service objects to improve and play the functions of informal support networks such as neighbors,families and clans,so as to provide them with manpower,confidence and information support resources so as to achieve the purpose of improving the livelihood capacity of small farmers.
