Research On Group Work To Improve The Community Participation Ability Of People With Moderate Physical Disabilities Under The Social Goal Mode

Due to physical and mental disabilities,it is difficult for people with disabilities to have the same opportunities to participate in social life as able-bodied people.In addition to the inconvenience caused by disability,people with disabilities also have to suffer from different social views and even different treatment,which makes people with disabilities prone to self-isolation,reduce communication and interaction with the outside world,and have problems such as weak willingness to participate in the community,lack of confidence in community participation,lack of participation knowledge and skills,and narrow channels for community participation.The ability of people with disabilities to participate in the community needs to be improved.Aiming at the problem of community participation of people with moderate physical disabilities in YF County,this paper selected people with moderate physical disabilities as the research objects,and comprehensively used literature research,questionnaire and interview methods to understand the current situation of community participation of people with moderate physical disabilities.Based on the problem analysis and demand prediction of community participation for moderately physically disabled people,guided by the social participation theory and using the social goal model,the social work service of community participation enhancement group for moderately physically disabled people is carried out.The 8-unit group service is designed around four dimensions of participation consciousness,participation confidence,participation knowledge and skills,and participation channels to stimulate the subjectivity of community participation for people with moderate physical disabilities and enhance their active participation in community activities.The service evaluation showed that using the social goal model to carry out group work could effectively improve the community participation ability of people with moderate physical disabilities,and the group members’ satisfaction was high,and the service effect was remarkable.In the process of using the social goal model to carry out the social work service of the community participation enhancement group for people with moderate physical disabilities,respecting the differences of people with moderate physical disabilities is the basis for carrying out the work of the disability assistance group,stimulating the subject performance of the service object and effectively promoting the community participation ability of people with moderate physical disabilities.The action oriented implementation of the same service of "helping the disabled to help themselves" can consolidate the effectiveness of the team service.In order to improve and consolidate the effectiveness of services,in the future,when carrying out the work of the disability group,it is also necessary to pay attention to the achievement of the overall goal of service while taking into account the individual needs of service objects,promote the two-way interaction between the internal motivation of service objects and the external support of community work,consolidate the change of service objects,and maintain the sustainability of service effectiveness.
