On April 21,2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education Ethics and Rule of Law(2022 edition),which pointed out that the core quality of the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high schools mainly includes five aspects: political identity,moral cultivation,legal concept,sound personality and sense of responsibility.Among them,the sense of responsibility is the inherent condition that the new era must have to undertake the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Only by enhancing students’ sense of responsibility can we better fulfill the mission entrusted by The Times.The course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school should keep pace with The Times.Only by constantly improving the teaching strategy,can we better cultivate the new people who bear the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.Using effective strategies to develop junior high school students’ sense of responsibility and accomplishment is conducive to the realization of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,better implementation of the new requirements of curriculum standards,and improvement of junior high school students’ sense of mission.To further study the cultivation strategy of responsibility consciousness and accomplishment of Morality and rule of Law in junior high school is the practical need to promote the development and progress of social civilization,the objective requirement to enrich the teaching theory of Morality and rule of Law in junior high school,and the internal motivation to improve the quality of students.This study is problem-oriented.Through the use of literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods,this study explores the strategies for cultivating students’ sense of responsibility in the course of Morality and Rule of Law in junior middle school,and studies relevant theoretical and practical issues.First of all,through the related concepts,the main content and the importance of research are expounded.Secondly,it analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of students’ responsibility consciousness and accomplishment in Morality and Rule of Law course.Through the investigation,it is found that the selection of cultivation methods is not "accurate" enough,and it has not met the need to educate people by "law".The reference of cultivating materials is not "fine" enough,and it has not yet met the need of "material" for learning;The way of cultivation and evaluation is not "complete" enough,and it has not satisfied to promote education by "evaluation";The forms of cultivation practice are not enough,and the problems such as "practice" have not been satisfied,which mainly include the cultivation consciousness to be improved,the influence of the complexity of the process,the cultivation environment to be optimized and the reward mechanism to be imperfect.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems and reasons,it is proposed to adhere to the principle of subjectivity,the principle of dominance,the principle of interaction and the principle of life in the cultivation process,and meet the needs of students through accurate use of methods;Fine selection of materials,rich cultivation resources;Multiple evaluation was used to test the cultivation effect.Carry out various practices,improve practical skills and other strategies to optimize the cultivation of students’ responsibility awareness and quality of Morality and Rule of Law in junior high school.Finally,taking the content of the first box of Lesson 6,Unit 3,Volume 1,Grade 8 as an example,the teaching plan is designed according to the corresponding principles,in order to enrich its teaching theoretical knowledge and provide teaching reference for the majority of front-line teachers.The conclusion shows that the cultivation of responsibility awareness and accomplishment of junior high school students in Morality and Rule of Law is beneficial to improving teachers’ teaching experience,innovating teaching methods and achieving discipline education goals,stimulating students’ enthusiasm to participate in the teaching process,helping students to form good personality qualities,and better cultivating outstanding talents for the Party and the country.
