Since the Ministry of Education launched the Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for General Senior High School(2017),the reform of physical education curriculum in senior high school has achieved significant results,but the teaching practice needs continuous innovation.Especially in recent years,the outstanding performance of functional training concept in the field of rehabilitation and competition has attracted the attention of coaches,experts and scholars.Sports experts continue to combine the concept of functional training with various sports abilities for research,and have achieved phased results.Therefore,this paper attempts to introduce the concept of functional training into high school basketball optional classes,providing new ideas for improving high school basketball optional classes.In this study,a 17-week teaching experiment was conducted between the experimental class and the control class using the concept and method of functional training and the conventional practice method for the control class using research methods such as literature review,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Then the differences in functional motion screening FMS test,physical fitness and basketball skills between the two experimental groups were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn through the experiment:(1)Both functional training and routine exercises can improve students' physical quality and basketball skills.(2)In the FMS test,the experimental group adopted the functional training method,and in the screening of five movements(Squat,Hurdle step,Shoulder flexibility,Active straight knee lift,and Trunk stability push-up),the test performance of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in stability between straight lunge and trunk rotation(P>0.05).(3)In the physical fitness test,there were significant differences in the results of hexagonal reaction ball,standing long jump,50-meter race and pull-up(P<0.05),the test results showed no significant difference in 15x17 meter return race and sitting body forward bending(P>0.05).(4)Functional training can improve students' sports performance in "Z" comprehensive dribbling layup and one-minute shooting.Compared with regular training,functional training has a very significant difference in these two special techniques,which is better than conventional teaching methods and means. |
