| Health problems have always been the focus of national and social attention.According to relevant surveys and studies,in recent years, the physical health of female college students in China is not optimistic. There are many problems such as high abnormal rate of BMI index, high obesity rate, poor waist and abdominal muscle endurance and so on.Physical fitness is one of the important indicators to measure the health status of the human body, which refers to the human’s mental and physical ability to adapt to various social activities, which includes healthy physical fitness and skill physical fitness.Healthy physical fitness is physical fitness closely related to human health. It is composed of human body components, cardiopulmonary fitness, flexible fitness, muscle strength and muscle endurance fitness.Carrying out physical fitness tests can make appropriate assessments of female college students’ physical health and physical function levels and formulate appropriate exercise guidance programs,so as to provide guidance for promoting the development of physical health and improving corresponding physical fitness. This study uses the basketball elective courses in higher vocational colleges as a way to explore the impact of ordinary basketball elective courses and basketball elective courses with physical fitness exercises on the indicators of healthy physical fitness of female college students in vocational colleges. The differences in body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility fitness, muscle strength and muscle endurance fitness between the experimental group and the control group were analyzed, and the value and effect of the two teaching methods on the health fitness of female college students were comprehensively evaluated. It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of teaching content of basketball elective courses in higher vocational colleges, and provides guidance suggestions for promoting the fitness of female college students.Research method: This research used literature data method, experimental method, comparative analysis method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method, and selected 80 female students in the first grade of Guangxi Infant Teachers’ College as the experimental object, randomly divided into The experimental group and the control group,40 people in each group, conducted a 16-week teaching experiment intervention. The subjects’ BMI index, vital capacity, step index, grip strength, standing long jump,one-minute sit-ups and flexion of sitting position etc.The indicators are measured to discuss the differences between the indicators before and after the experiment.Research results: After passing the 16-week 32-hour basketball elective course, the test data of the BMI index, vital capacity, step index,sit-ups,forward flexion, standing long jump and grip strength of the experimental group and the control group of students before the experiment are not available.Significant difference(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group students before and after the experiment except the BMI index(P>0.05).The test data of spirometry, step index,sit-ups,flexion of sitting position, grip strength and standing long jump were all compared.Very significant difference(P<0.01);there is no significant difference in the test data of healthy fitness of the students in the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05);the BMI index and vital capacity of the students in the experimental group and the control group after the experiment There is no significant difference in the test data(P>0.05),there is a significant difference in the comparison of the test data of the forward flexion in the sitting position(P<0.05),and the comparison of the test data of the step index,sit-ups,grip strength and standing long jump Very significant difference(P<0.01);the average score of basketball skill assessment results of the students after the experiment is 88.33 points in the experimental group is higher than the control group 83.6 points, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01).Research conclusion: After 16 weeks of 32-hour basketball elective courses,it is found that the effect on the body composition of female college students in vocational colleges is not significant;ordinary basketball elective courses have no obvious improvement on the fitness of female college students in vocational colleges, but A basketball elective course with increased physical fitness exercises has a significant effect on cardiorespiratory fitness, flexible fitness, muscle strength, and muscle endurance fitness;the skill teaching effect of basketball elective courses with increased physical fitness exercises is better than ordinary basketball Elective course. |
