According to the "2019 National Education Development Statistics report "issued by the Ministry of Education,the total scale of all kinds of higher education in China has reached 40.02 million people.As a new force in socialist construction,due to the influence of electronic products,the time of college students to participate in sports has significantly.Purpose:through the influence of basketball elective course on students’ through the influence of basketball elective course on students’ health and physical fitness,and to promote their own health level in the process of establishing lifelong sports concept.Secondly,the influence of basketball elective course on students’ physical fitness is analyzed to improve the quality of basketball elective course.Methods:60 Sophomores of Xi’an University of Technology(30 male and 30 female)were selected as experimental subjects by using the methods of literature,Experiment,Mathematical Statistics,expert interview,questionnaire and logical analysis,through the 16-week experimental study on the influence of basketball elective course on the physical fitness of ordinary college students,the test indexes of the subjects physical fitness were measured,this paper analyzes the dynamic changes of the experimental subjects physical index data in each phase of the experiment,so as to make teachers and students more intuitive realize the promotion of participating in basketball games to their personal physiological functions,in order to enhance the enthusiasm of students to participate in basketball and improve the understanding of the depth of basketball courses for teachers to improve the quality of basketball elective courses to provide a certain scientific basis.Results:Through a 16-week experimental intervention,the waist,body fat,lung capacity,800m/1000m run,1min sit-up,back and left and right grip(P<0.05)and the flexibility and male pull ups(P<0.01).In terms of phase change,(1)In terms of body composition,The waist-to-hip ratio varies little at each stage,Changes in body fat percentage and BMI between week 5 and week 8 were most pronounced,As the course progresses,Basketball elective courses for ordinary college students waist-to-hip ratio,body fat percentage and BMI effects from the eighth week gradually decreased;(2)In terms of flexibility,The overall change range of sitting position forward flexion scores of ordinary female college students is basically close to that of ordinary male college students,The change trend is rising and the rising range is stable;(3)With regard to cardiopulmonary function,The lung capacity of female college students is relatively stable,The vital capacity of male normal college students changed the most from week 5 to week 8;For female college students,the upward trend of 800 m scores is the most obvious in the first four weeks,However,the 1000 m scores of male ordinary college students changed the most in the 13th to 16th weeks.(4)In the aspect of muscle endurance,during the course of the intervention,both the pull-up score of the male ordinary college students and the one min of the ordinary female college students showed a continuous rising state,and the rising trend was relatively stable;(5)In terms of muscle strength,in the course of intervention,the results of left and right hand grip strength of ordinary male and female college students continued to rise.In the overall increase,the change of left hand grip strength was greater than that of right hand grip strength,and in the stage change,the change trend of right hand of ordinary male college students was stable,and the trend of left hand was close to that of left hand of ordinary female college students,and the change range of left hand was the largest between the fifth and eighth weeks;On the whole,the overall performance of the average female college students and the average male college students has not changed much.On the stage,the change of the average female college students’ back strength has steadily increased,and the last four weeks’ rise has become smaller.Conclusions:(1)The 16 week basketball course promoted the waist-to-hip ratio,body fat percentage,BMI,vital capacity,800 m/1000m,sitting position forward flexion,back strength,grip strength,1 min supine sitting up leading body upward achievement,(2)Under the influence of the 16-week basketball course,On the change of flexibility and muscle endurance index of common college students,both male and female college students showed a rising state and the rising range was stable;(3)As the course progresses,The change range of some indexes gradually decreases;(4)The left hand grip strength of 16 weeks basketball course is higher than that of the right hand grip of ordinary college students,The difference between the left and right hand grip is smaller than before the experiment,It is beneficial to the balanced development of the left and right hands.
