A Study On The Construction Of The Teaching Staff Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Higher Vocational Colleges Of Sichuan Province

General Secretary of CPC Xi Jinping stressed in the symposium of ideological and political theory teachers that "the key to the success of ideological and political theory courses lies in the teachers",and the level of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses directly affects the teaching effect of theory courses.With the attention paid by the state to the construction of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities,the overall level of the ideological and political theory teachers has been remarkably improved.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational colleges undertake the task of systematically educating students on Marxist theory.Higher vocational colleges should attach importance to and strengthen the construction of ideological and political theory teachers,and improve the professional level of ideological and political theory teachers.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and field visits,this paper investigates the teaching and Research Departments of ideological and political courses in 13 higher vocational colleges e,and analyzes the current situation in higher vocational colleges in Sichuan Province,this paper points out the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political course teachers at present,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the constructions.This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings;The second chapter defines the related concepts of the construction of the ideological and political course teachers and introduces the theoretical basis involved in the research.The third chapter introduces the current situation of the ideological and political course teachers in Sichuan Higher Vocational Colleges,through the research of related documents and the combination of questionnaire survey and interviews,the paper draws the achievements and problems.The forth Chapter is in view of the Sichuan Higher Vocational Colleges Ideological and political lesson teacher troop appears the question,proposes the improvement ideological and political lesson teacher troop construction the countermeasure.On the basis of considering the construction of ideological and political course teachers and the particularity of ideological and political course teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures for the construction of good ideological and political course teachers in higher vocational colleges.
