Nutrition and health education in schools is a necessary measure for social development and students ’ all-round development.The purpose of this study is to find the content combined with nutrition and health education in junior high school biology textbooks,and to explore effective teaching methods through teaching practice to achieve good education and teaching effects.This way can help students learn more about nutrition and health knowledge while learning subject knowledge,form a correct attitude towards nutrition and health,develop good habits of nutrition and health,and thus improve their physical quality.At the same time,it also provides new ideas for teachers ’ teaching methods and students ’ learning methods,and provides a reference for relevant departments to popularize nutrition and health education.In addition,it also enriches the research on nutrition and health education to a certain extent,which has certain theoretical significance.In this study,120 students in the first grade of L Middle School in Qingxiu District of Nanning City were selected as the research objects.Based on the KAP theory,the questionnaire was designed and the interview method was used to understand the current situation of students.Then through literature research and data analysis to explore the effective methods of infiltrating nutrition health education in middle school biology teaching.In the early stage,questionnaires and interviews were used to understand the knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of junior high school students on nutrition and health.Based on the " Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline " issued by the State Council and the " Primary and Secondary School Health Guidance Outline " promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the knowledge points that can be integrated into nutrition and health education in the seventh grade biology volume of the People ’s Education Edition are summarized.Through the design of teaching cases,teaching practice,nutrition and health knowledge lectures,knowledge competitions and other ways to infiltrate nutrition and health education.Help students understand the function and role of the human body system,learn how to develop healthy eating habits,prevent diseases,and manage their own health.Finally,through the method of paired sample T test,the survey data before and after the experimental class,the survey data of the experimental class and the control class were tested,the practical results were analyzed,and the research conclusions were drawn.In the previous investigation,it was found that students had low weight,overweight and obesity.Lack of knowledge about nutrition and health;the correct attitude towards nutrition and health needs to be improved;nutritional health behavior needs to be improved.The paired sample T test was conducted on the survey data of the experimental class and the control class.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the knowledge,attitude and behavior of nutrition and health between the experimental class and the control class.After half a year of nutrition and health education practice in L Middle School,obvious results have been achieved.The mastery rate of nutrition and health knowledge of students in the experimental class increased from 40.51 % to 74.62 %.The correct rate of attitude towards nutrition and health increased from 58.00 % to 76.00 %.Nutritional health behavior increased from 40.74 %to 75.37 %.Although the control class has also improved in all aspects,there are significant differences compared with the experimental class.According to the research results,the ordinary biology teaching mode can also improve the students ’ nutrition and health knowledge level,improve the students ’ bad eating behavior and attitude.However,in junior high school biology teaching,the purposeful and planned infiltration of nutrition and health education is more effective than the ordinary teaching mode.Therefore,it is feasible and effective to infiltrate nutrition and health education in biology teaching,which can improve students ’ nutrition and health quality and provide better support and guarantee for students ’ healthy growth.However,due to the short time of infiltration education,and the change of attitude and behavior needs a certain period,there is still much room for students to improve their nutrition and health knowledge,attitude and behavior.Therefore,nutrition and health education is a long-term education work.Nutrition and health education is not only the responsibility of the school,society and parents also need to work together.Society can raise public awareness and attention to nutrition and health through various forms of publicity and promotion,such as promoting the importance of healthy eating in the media,or organizing health lectures in the community.At the same time,parents also need to pay attention to nutrition and health education in the family,and establish healthy eating habits and lifestyles for their children.Only the society and parents and schools work together,can we truly achieve the goal of nutrition and health education.In the future,with the progress of science and technology and society,nutrition and health education needs continuous innovation and improvement.Therefore,we need to continue to pay attention to new educational technologies and trends,and constantly innovate and improve educational content and methods to meet the needs and development of students.International cooperation and exchange is also an important way to promote the development of nutrition and health education.
