The main purpose of nutrition education in junior high school is promoting the health of students, this thesis aims to get a better understanding of education standard and the problems that teachers may have during their teaching.152 students were assigned to do the nutrition KAB( Knowledge-Attitude-Behavior) questionnaire for the nutrition education. Two classes were selected as experimental classes,and the other two were selected as control classes. Nutrition education was implemented during the one-year biological teaching only in experimental classes but not in control classes. The same survey for nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitude and nutrition behaviors was conducted on experimental classes and control classes one year later. According to the comparison of the two surveys,indicators of experimental classes which received one-year nutrition education in biological teaching were significantly higher.But the nutrition behaviors is a complex process, requiring the intervention of a more long-term and comprehensive.Teachers are the main perpetrators of penetration of nutrition education, to understand their views is very important. 66 teachers in Suzhou were assigned to do the questionnaire for the nutrition education. Investigation revealed that a high degree of nutrition education support, while the biology teacher groups still relatively low level of professional accomplishment.In the light of "New Curriculum Standards Biological Materials",the original content of nutrition education and the additional content based on biological knowledge are confirmed. Through a detailed analysis of the problems encountered in practice to provide them with a large number of educational resources can be a total of reference.Combined with the long teaching experience of the author, the diverse forms and methods of nutrition education in biology teaching of junior high school are summed up ,which have certain reference values and practical significance.
