| Career planning education is an education that helps students link school and society.People’s professional attitude and ability to cope with their career do not suddenly appear when they are faced with career choices,but take root and sprout in childhood.Junior middle school is not only an important stage of knowledge learning,but also an important stage for students to know themselves,know their careers and carry out preliminary career planning.At this stage,they become more self-aware and have more ideas about themselves and the world,and their career dreams start to sprout.However,junior middle school education involves little in career planning,and students cannot get professional and systematic career planning education.The reform of the college entrance examination requires students to have the preliminary ability to choose majors and careers before entering high school,and the rapid changes in society require graduates to have strong career adaptability after entering society,all of which strengthen the necessity and urgency of career planning education in junior middle school.Therefore,how to effectively carry out career planning education in junior middle schools is a realistic proposition of its connotative development.Under the guidance of this proposition,this paper attempts to design a career planning education program for junior middle schools by using theoretical,practical and empirical bases as support.Firstly this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,interview,literature,on the basis of sorting out and analysis of domestic and foreign research,clarify the relevant concepts of career planning education,find suitable for junior high school career planning education theoretical basis.Secondly,taking 4 junior middle schools in L District of Nanning city as the investigation objects,this paper investigates the students’ understanding of career planning,the basic situation of career planning education carried out by schools and the students’ demand for career planning education.Through the questionnaire survey,we found that: the professional degree of teachers is not high and the number of full-time teachers is insufficient;schools are not yet well aware of the importance of implementing career planning education;although students have strong self-awareness,they have little knowledge of career planning;schools have various forms of organizing career planning education,but the frequency is low and the effect is poor.Accordingly,a cause analysis was conducted to provide a realistic basis for program design.In addition,the practice of career planning education in the United States and Hong Kong of China is summarized,and the enlightenment from it provides an empirical basis for the scheme design.On the basis of theoretical basis,realistic basis,empirical basis,the program of career planning education in junior middle schools was designed in four aspects: objectives,contents,implementation,and evaluation.This paper is a meaningful exploration of junior middle school career planning education under the new historical conditions,aiming to provide useful reference for the regular development of junior middle school career planning education,and help junior middle school career planning education to a new level. |
