Research purposes:(1)with the gradual release of sports homework related policy document,sports homework gradually applied to various primary and secondary schools,and colleges and universities,the purpose is to promote students’ mastery of sports skills,from homework,lets the student in the practice of cultivating sports consciousness,exercise habits,sports homework will be the future direction;(2)tennis elective course is college students learn and master the knowledge and technology,cultivate tennis interest and one of the main ways to exercise habits,through previous studies have found that in the past two years the new crown epidemic factors,such as tennis elective course in colleges and universities to carry out the teaching effect is not very ideal,the classroom teaching more focus on the limited line,little to expand the content of study outside the classroom;(3)PE homework can promote home-school association,enhance communication between each other,and consolidate the skills and knowledge learned in class.However,most scholars focus on primary and secondary schools and lack of research on PE courses in colleges and universities.Therefore,based on previous studies,I conducted teaching experiments with sports extracurricular homework as the starting point and college tennis elective course as the media to explore whether sports extracurricular homework has an impact on the teaching effect of college tennis elective course,and put forward teaching shortcomings and relevant suggestions.Research Methods: This study selected students from the elective tennis class of Class 2021 in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as experimental subjects,which were divided into control class and experimental class.The method of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics was used.The whole experiment cycle is consistent with the teaching progress of the first semester of SUFE,with a total of 16 weeks,one class per week,2 class hours,a total of 32 class hours,and the conventional teaching method is adopted for tennis teaching.The experimental class was assigned tennis homework once a week,while the control class had no homework.The homework content was adjusted according to the actual situation of the students in the eighth week.During and after the experiment,the relevant indicators of tennis skills were assessed,and the "Tennis Interest and attitude questionnaire" was issued to analyze the promotion effect of sports extracurricular homework on the teaching effect of tennis elective course,and to investigate the changes of students’ tennis interest and attitude and extracurricular practice before and after the experiment.Results :(1)in the middle of the experiment,P values of other technical indicators in the technical assessment of students were all >0.05,with no significant difference except positive and negative hand skills evaluation.(2)After the experiment,in terms of physical fitness,the scores of both the control class and the experimental class were improved before and after the experiment,and the experimental class had a higher improvement,but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(3)In the technical assessment,the P values of forehand stability,backhand accuracy and positive and negative hand skills of students in the control class and the experimental class were all <0.05,showing significant differences.(4)The improvement range of technical indexes in the experimental class with related "sports extracurricular homework" was significantly higher than that in the control class.(5)The interest and attitude of the students in learning tennis in the experimental class showed a steady upward trend,while the control class showed an obvious downward trend;In extracurricular practice,28% of the experimental class practiced more than twice a week,and 40% of the students spent more than two hours on tennis practice each week,which was significantly higher than that of the control class,showing an obvious upward trend.Conclusion :(1)"assigning sports homework" can make the students of the experimental class hit the ball more stable,more accurate choice of hitting point and hitting position,and the performance of skill test is obviously better than that of the control class.(2)"Assigning sports homework" can improve the skills test scores of students in the experimental class than that in the control class.(3)"physical extracurricular homework" in enhance students’ interest in learning tennis actively promote role and attitude,can increase the number of students in extracurricular practice and time,students in sports to reduce the alienation of homework,taking part in physical exercise and exercise of autonomy and motivation to get a degree of ascension.
