Research objectives:Forty boys aged 11-13 who met the requirements of the experiment were selected and randomly divided to ensure that there was no significant difference between the experimental group(basketball daily training + plyometrics training)and the control group(basketball daily training + traditional strength training).By comparing eight weeks of plyometrics training with traditional strength training, and analyzing the influence on 11-13 years old boys’ basketball specific physical fitness, the paper tries to find a more effective way for youth basketball specific physical fitness training,in order to provide a reference for basketball training practice.Research methods:This paper uses the method of literature, interview,Delphi, experiment, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and other methods to study.According to the reference to relevant materials and books, the index range was established, and through the form of questionnaire and interview, the bench press(1MR),28-meter dash, line running, sitting forward bend,T-shape running,run-up touch height and standing on one foot with eyes closed were finally set as the test indicators.Research results:(1)After the experiment in the control group, the increment of bench press(1MR)index data was 5.9kg,the average time of 28-meter sprint index data was reduced by0.37 s,the average time of line running index data was reduced by 9.2s,the average time of sitting forward bend index data was increased by 0.18 cm,and the average time of T-shape running index data was increased by 0.55 s.The average height of running was increased by 2.1cm and that of standing on one foot with eyes closed was increased by 0.48 s.(2)In the experimental group, the increment of bench press(1MR)index was8.7kg,the average time of 28-meter sprint index data was reduced by 0.76 s,the average time of line running index data was reduced by 11.3s,the average time of sitting forward bend index data was increased by 1.90 cm,and the average value of T-shape running index data was increased by 1.36 s.The average height index of running increased by 11.4cm,and the average time of standing on one foot with eyes closed increased by 3.46 s.Research conclusion:(1)After traditional strength training twice a week for a total of eight weeks, the control group showed significant changes in the index of bench press,28-meter sprint, line switchback running index, and T-shaped running index, and there was no significant difference in sitting forward flexion index, running height index, and closed eye standing on one foot index. This shows that daily basketball training + traditional strength training twice a week has a positive effect on basketball special strength, speed, endurance and agility, but the impact on special flexibility, bounce quality and balance ability is not obvious.(2)After twice a week for a total of eight weeks of plyometric training, the bench press index,28-meter sprint index,line-back running index,T-shaped running index, sitting body forward bending index, running height index, and closed eyes standing on one foot index showed significant changes, which indicated that basketball daily training + twice a week plyometric training had a positive effect on basketball’s special strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, sensitivity, bounce quality and balance.(3)After comparing the data of various indicators of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment,it was found that there was no significant difference in the bench press index, the line retrace running index, and the running height index; There were significant differences in 28 m sprint index, sitting body forward flexion index,T-shaped running index, and standing with closed eyes and one foot. This shows that compared with traditional strength training,eight-week plyometric training has better results in improving basketball speed, flexibility, agility and balance of boys aged 11-13,and does not show significant advantages in special strength, endurance and bounce quality.(4)It is worth mentioning that in the index of running height, the index data of the experimental group before and after the experiment showed significant difference, while the index data of the control group before and after the experiment showed no significant difference. However, after the test,no significant difference was found in the index data of the two groups after the experiment, which is contrary to some studies, which may be due to the short experiment time and insufficient sample size...
