From physical fitness tests conducted over the past decade,it has been found that the physical health of adolescents is not optimistic.Primary school is a critical period for students to develop multiple physical qualities.Primary and secondary schools have begun to try various ways to improve students’ physical health,and the integration of physical fitness training in physical education classrooms has also attracted more attention from physical education teachers.Physical fitness training is now widely used in sports training and physical education teaching.Many studies have shown that integrating physical fitness training into primary school physical education teaching can more effectively improve students’ physical fitness.According to numerous research results,China has achieved fruitful results in the field of physical training research.However,there are the following areas that need to be supplemented: firstly,more perspectives and diverse research methods are needed;secondly,more in-depth research content is needed,and empirical analysis is insufficient.Moreover,many physical training studies choose professional athletes,college students,and middle school students as the experimental subjects,and there is insufficient research on primary school students,Especially for young students,specific and detailed exercise plans need to be improved.In this study,literature review,expert interviews,experiments,mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to conduct experiments on second grade primary school students.A 10 minute physical fitness training session was conducted in the physical education classroom.The main textbook content of the two groups was the same.The experimental group received combined physical fitness training,while the control group received traditional physical fitness training.The intervention period for physical fitness training in the classroom is 12 weeks,with a total of 24 classes.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were tested for physical fitness,including 50 meter running,cross quadrant jumping,sitting forward bending,standing long jump,and grip strength.Use SPSS software to compare the physical fitness data of the two groups of students before and after the experiment.This experiment aims to promote the implementation of innovative methods of physical education teaching to a certain extent,and provide more ideas and references for physical education teachers’ physical education classroom design and content selection.The experimental results are as follows:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the data analysis of the test indicators between the experimental group and the control group showed that the experimental group performed better than the control group in the test indicators of50 meter running,cross quadrant jumping,and sitting forward flexion,and there was a very significant difference;The experimental group performed better than the control group in standing long jump and grip strength indicators,and there was no significant difference.(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,there was no significant difference in performance between the experimental group and the control group in terms of cross quadrant jump,50 meter run,and standing long jump indicators.Girls in the experimental and control groups performed better than boys in sitting forward flexion indicators,while boys in the grip strength indicators performed better than girls in the experimental and control groups.Through research,the following conclusions were ultimately drawn:1.The integration of 12 weeks of combined physical fitness training into physical education and health classroom teaching and traditional physical fitness training for second grade primary school students can significantly improve their performance in cross quadrant jumping,sitting forward bending,50 meters,standing long jump,and grip strength.2.Compared with traditional physical fitness training,the 12 week integration of combined physical fitness training significantly improved the performance of second grade elementary school students in cross quadrant jumping,sitting forward bending,50 meters,and grip strength,indicating that combined physical fitness training has a significant impact on the development of second grade elementary school students...
