| Middle-distance running is a periodic endurance event.Aerobic endurance is particularly important for middle-and long-distance running.Plateau training is an important means to improve the endurance level of athletes.In recent years,the overall level of domestic women’s middle-distance running has declined,and the gap with the world’s top athletes has gradually widened.In view of this situation,scientific and effective training modes and methods must be adopted in training.This paper takes Xu Shuangshuang and Zhao Jing,the outstanding middle-distance runners in my country as examples,to discuss the construction of high-altitude training as a training model to improve athletes’ aerobic capacity,and to provide reference for China middle-distance running training.The main purpose of the research is(1)to monitor the changes of athletes’ training load,biochemical indicators and sports performance during altitude training,and to explore the training load settings of altitude training.(2)By tracking the training data and sports performance changes of elite athletes from plain-altitude-plain training,discuss the construction of the plateau training model,and provide a theoretical basis for the plateau training model of middle-distance running in my country.MethodsThis study uses the methods of literature,observation,and mathematical statistics to summarize the research results of plateau training models in recent years.Plateau training method suitable for outstanding middle-distance runners in my country.Concussions(1)After 36 days of plateau training at Qinghai Duoba Base(2388m above sea level),the training load of 3000 m obstacle and 5000 m athlete Xu Shuangshuang showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,with an average weekly training volume of 157.4 kilometers.The number of red blood cells,hemoglobin and testosterone in the blood were significantly higher than those before the altitude training.The maximum oxygen uptake was about 2.5% higher than that before the altitude training.The 5000 m exercise performance improved by 20 s,and he won the 5000 m gold medal in the subsequent national championships.(2)Through 29 days of plateau training at Qinghai Doba Base(2388m above sea level),the training load of 800 m and 1500 m athlete Zhao Jing showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,with an average weekly load of 95 kilometers.The number of red blood cells in the blood increased significantly compared with the level before the original training;the hemoglobin content increased after going up to the plateau,the maximum oxygen uptake was about 4.6 % higher than that before the original training,and the performance of special sports improved by 10 s,which was the winner of the women’s 1500 meters in the 2017 National Games Champions and runners-up in the women’s800m lay the groundwork. |
