With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the demand for professional talents is expanding day by day,and vocational education is paid more and more attention.Improving vocational skills and core literacy of vocational school students has become an urgent need of the times.However,the current vocational education is difficult to meet the needs of the times,especially in secondary vocational education.The non-standard and unscientific teaching evaluation system,the lack of effective classroom evaluation,and the failure of classroom teaching to target the learning characteristics of secondary vocational students are the main factors restricting the improvement of students’ professional ability and core literacy.Therefore,this study carries out the consistency of teaching evaluation,project-based teaching,based on the classified teaching of Bloom’s educational objectives,carries out effective classroom evaluation,and solves the problems existing in the process of students’ learning,so as to improve the vocational ability and core quality of secondary vocational students.In order to achieve this goal,we must take students as the main body,carry out task-centered,discovery learning based classroom teaching,clearly recognize the importance of classroom teaching,and make effective evaluation.Specifically: first,implement positioning evaluation,comprehensively grasp the situation of secondary vocational students,thoroughly analyze the teaching materials,accurately carry out preschool evaluation and select targeted teaching programs.Second,carry out task-based teaching with students as the main body and goals as the core,project-based and driven classroom teaching,implement the formative evaluation of "active guidance and encouragement",improve students’ learning enthusiasm and promote the improvement of students’ professional ability.Third,effective summative evaluation is a specific measure to accurately reflect the teaching objectives.Through summative evaluation,we can timely feed back and diagnose the gains and losses in the process of classroom teaching,and make the evaluation more accurate and targeted by analyzing the interference evaluation factors.Comprehensive learning situation analysis,using teaching materials suitable for the characteristics of secondary vocational school students,selecting appropriate teaching methods,accurate classification of educational objectives,and targeted and effective evaluation are effective ways to improve the vocational ability and core quality of secondary vocational school students.
