Group Work Intervention Research On The Social Adaptation Of The Empty Nest Elderly In The T Community Of Dezhou City

After the reform and opening up,my country’s urbanization has developed faster and faster.Farmers’ original rural residences have been demolished,most of the arable land has been occupied,farmers have merged to live in new communities,and villages have been converted into communities.The village-to-residential community is a new type of urban community under the influence of the urban-rural dual system.It is a product of rural urbanization.In addition,due to the rapid development of society,the traditional large family structure model is also changing to a modern model such as "421 small family structure" or "422 small family structure".More and more elderly people "living separately" with their children.Therefore,the number of empty nesters is increasing.These empty-nest elderly not only lack the company of their children,but are also deeply influenced by the traditional resettlement of land.Coupled with changes in their living environment and lifestyle,these disadvantaged groups will have a series of social adaptation problems.When these problems exist for a long time,empty The happiness of the nest elderly will decrease in the future.In this context,this article is based on demand hierarchy theory,superior perspective theory and social support theory,using questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods to adapt to the living environment,social interaction and psychological identification of the empty nest elderly in the T community.A preliminary investigation was carried out for adaptation.And on the basis of this investigation,the current problems of the empty-nest elderly were analyzed,and the manifestations and causes of the social adaptation problems of the emptynest elderly in the community were summarized,and the group work methods were further analyzed to intervene in the social adaptation of the empty-nest elderly in the T community.The necessity and feasibility of the problem.At the same time,a group activity plan was designed according to the actual situation of the empty nest elderly in the T community after the village was relocated,and then six group activities were carried out.Through the development of group activities,it helped the empty-nest elderly to improve their social adaptability,to a certain extent,to solve their problems of lack of emotion,lack of medical and health knowledge,and boring life,and helped the empty-nest elderly build a network of interpersonal relationships and social support.Finally,combined with practical experience,the group activities are deeply reflected and summarized,and the author puts forward corresponding suggestions from the five levels of the country,the community,the family,the individual,and the social work profession regarding the social adaptation of the empty nest elderly in the village-replacement community.To provide reference for the future research on the social adaptation of the empty-nest elderly in the village-replacement community.
