| Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.Junior high school students are in the early adolescence and begin to seek independence.They are relatively weak in judging right and wrong,and are easily disturbed by the outside world and have the problem of being tired of learning.The junior high school stage is the last three years of compulsory education.It is also a critical period for determining whether students can enter key high schools,and it is also a critical period for the formation and cultivation of students’ personality.If we do not pay attention to the study-weariness of junior high school students and properly solve them,it will not only affect the students’ academic performance,worry about parents and teachers,but also hinder them from growing up and making it difficult for them to grow into the talents needed for socialist modernization.Because the formation of the problem of study weariness is a complicated process,only multi-directional and targeted interventions can finally solve the problem of study weariness.Social workers follow social work values,use case work methods,and pay attention to junior high school students weariness.The deep-seated reasons behind the problem and the development of a personalized service plan for them are not only conducive to helping junior high school students to alleviate the problem of study weariness.Based on this background,this article takes the junior high school students of S middle school in X city as the research object,adopts non-probability sampling,and randomly selects a class in each of the three grades of junior high school.Using the questionnaire survey method,a total of 180 questionnaires were distributed,and 22 junior high school students were screened out with the problem of being tired of studying.Using the interview method,semi-structured interviews were conducted on the 22 junior high school students,class teachers,and their parents who were tired of studying,and combined with Yang Dayu’s classification of students’ study tired of students,summarized the performance and causes of study tired of junior high students of S middle school in X city.The study found that the school-weariness of S middle school students in X city is manifested by inattention in class,prominent peer group contradictions,and indulge in Internet games.There are three main reasons why the junior high school students of S middle school in X city are tired of studying.They are insufficient learning motivation,interpersonal tension,and insufficient family support.According to the reasons of the school-weariness of the junior high school students of S middle school in X city,the types of junior high school students who are tired of studying are divided into: lack of motivation for learning,type of interpersonal tension,and lack of family support.Three different types of school-weary junior high school students are selected as service objects,based on ABC theory and social learning theory,to design personalized case service plans and carry out professional social work services.Finally,the author reviews the entire practical process and conducts a summary of experience and reflections on shortcomings.In short,social work uses casework methods to provide one-to-one personalized services for junior high school students’ personal problems,which can effectively help junior high school students alleviate their study-weariness and promote their healthy growth and development. |
