Zhangjiakou Junior High School Cheerleading Conducted Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors

Young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,and their physical health is related to the future and destiny of the country,and to the rise and fall and rejuvenation of the nation.The "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents" and the "Notice on Improving the Level of After-School Service in Schools and Promoting the Healthy Growth of Primary and Secondary School Students" jointly issued by the State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education clearly require school sports to adhere to the educational concept of "health first",actively carry out colorful sports activities,and effectively promote the physical health of students.This study takes the current situation of cheerleading in Zhangjiakou Junior High School in Hebei Province as the survey object,and uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to study the importance attached by the leaders of Zhangjiakou Junior High School to cheerleading,the teachers who carry out cheerleading,the organizational form of cheerleading,the venue facilities for cheerleading,the students’ cognitive attitudes towards cheerleading and the factors affecting the development of cheerleading.It aims to understand the actual situation and existing problems of cheerleading in Zhangjiakou Junior High School,and provide a reference for the city’s physical education and education departments to better implement the national physical education policy and actively promote and carry out cheerleading,with a view to actively promoting the development of school sports and improving the physical health of students.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In the survey of 31 junior high schools in Zhangjiakou City,the overall development is better,16 junior high schools have carried out cheerleading,and 15 have not carried out junior high schools;The 16 schools are distributed in the administrative districts under the jurisdiction of Zhangjiakou City,which are close to the city center,and the school leaders attach great importance to cheerleading;The organizational forms carried out are mainly cheerleading sports teams and cheerleading sports competitions,accounting for 100%;The proportion of flower ball cheerleading projects has reached 100%,reaching full coverage,and there are only a small part of street dance cheerleading projects,accounting for 31.25%;Jazz cheerleading,high-kick cheerleading,free dance cheerleading,and skill cheerleading are few,accounting for only 21.88% of the total.2.Zhangjiakou Junior High School has a serious shortage of professional teachers in cheerleading.There are 32 teachers involved in cheerleading teaching in16 schools,accounting for 29.09% of physical education teachers,which seems to be in good condition,but there are very few professional teachers in cheerleading,only 4,accounting for 12.50% of the total;In the teaching of cheerleading,there are mainly aerobics special teachers,reaching 24 people,accounting for 75.00% of the total;The academic qualifications of cheerleading teachers are mainly bachelor’s degrees,accounting for 84.38%,and postgraduate degrees account for only 6.25%;The gender ratio of its cheerleading teachers is seriously imbalanced,of which 78.13% are female teachers and 21.88% are male teachers;The teaching content chosen by the teacher is relatively single,mainly physical training and 36 basic hand positions,which account for 100%.3.Students’ awareness of cheerleading knowledge is not comprehensive and indepth,and they only pay attention to cheerleading exercise techniques and skills training,and ignore relevant theoretical learning;The way students recognize the knowledge related to cheerleading is mainly explained by teachers,accounting for97.50%,followed by communication between students,accounting for 82.08%;The motivation for students to participate in cheerleading sports is to love cheerleading sports,in order to further their education,enhance their physical health,cultivate will quality,teamwork ability,etc.4.The factors affecting the cheerleading sport of Zhangjiakou Junior High School mainly include school factors,student factors,teacher factors and external factors.Among them,in terms of school factors,the financial support of schools is the largest factor in the characteristic value of factors;In terms of student factors: the length of time spent learning cheerleading is the maximum characteristic value;In terms of teacher factors: the largest characteristic value is the number of professional teachers of cheerleading;In terms of external factors: the largest characteristic value is the frequency of cheerleading events held in Zhangjiakou City.
