| Since 2003,seven non-normal universities,such as Zhejiang University and Ningbo University,have set up professional degree authorization points for Master of Education,and non-normal universities have gradually become the main force in cultivating Master of Education.A total of 132 non-normal universities have successively set up professional degree authorization points for Master of Education,and their enthusiasm for participation has been growing,becoming an indispensable part of the development of professional degree education for Master of Education.With the development of master ’ s degree education,the participation of non-normal universities in master ’ s education has been differentiated.The main research focus of this paper is the development process and differentiation of non-normal universities participating in the cultivation of masters of education.Firstly,the development process and current situation of Master of Education are expounded by sorting out the relevant policy documents of Master of Education in the past and the enrollment notes of non-normal colleges.Secondly,it focuses on the two stages of non-normal universities participating in the cultivation of educational masters,discusses the characteristics of the cultivation of educational masters in " double first-class " universities and non-" double first-class " universities in different periods,and finally analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the cultivation of educational masters in non-normal universities.The author interviewed three " double first-class " universities and four non-" double first-class " universities " professional degree managers of Master of Education,and analyzed the phenomenon and reasons of non-normal universities participating in the cultivation of Master of Education from four aspects by using resource dependence theory.Firstly,this paper analyzes the differentiation of the willingness of " double first-class "universities and non-" double first-class " universities to participate in the cultivation of master of education from the policy perspective,and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from two aspects of policy incentives and policy changes.Secondly,from the perspective of teacher education market,this paper analyzes the differentiation of " double first-class " and non-" double first-class " professional settings,and expounds the competitiveness of teacher education market and the demand of teacher education market.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the phenomenon of discipline development differentiation in non-normal universities from the perspective of university development,and analyzes the causes of this phenomenon from the aspects of talent training objectives and development planning.Finally,from the perspective of school-running foundation,this paper analyzes the differentiation of school-running conditions of non-normal universities’ master of education training.The main reasons for this phenomenon are the differences in normal foundation and the management institutions.Both "double first-class" colleges and non-" double first-class " colleges and universities are important forces in constructing open teacher education system.The author believes that although there is differentiation in the education of master of education in non-normal universities,the two forces should be exerted to promote the development of master of education in the future.First,we should strengthen guiding regulation and perfect guarantee mechanism.Secondly,we should respond to market demand and find the right development direction.Thirdly,we should give full play to our advantages and pay attention to the quality of education master training.Finally,it is necessary to explore new ways to cultivate master’s degree in education,so that non-normal colleges and universities can continue basic education to provide strong teacher guarantee and talent support. |
