| China’s higher vocational colleges have become an important transportation base for highlevel technical talents.Due to the increasing demand for high-level technical talents due to economic development,and the transformation of Higher Vocational Education from scale expansion to high-quality development,It is a key force to support the high quality development of higher vocational education to build a high-quality professional "double qualification" teacher team.The professional quality of teachers in vocational colleges directly affects the level of running a school and the cultivation of high-tech skilled talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the quality and ability of vocational college teachers.Teacher training is an important way to improve the quality of "double qualified" teachers.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the quality and effect of teacher training in higher vocational colleges.However,the training effect is not good.Only by exploring the existing problems and taking the right medicine can we make the teacher training truly serve the teachers.Therefore,this study investigates the current situation and needs of Tianjin Machinery and electronic information vocational teacher training,analyzes the problems and causes in the training,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on this.The specific research contents are as follows:The first part introduces the background,significance,domestic and foreign literature review,research content and research methods.The second part is about the theory of "double teacher".Including the basic concepts involved in this study and the main theoretical basis of the study: teacher professional ability theory,adult learning theory,lifelong learning theory.The third part is the current situation of "double qualification" teacher training in higher vocational colleges.Taking the mechanical and electronic information professional teachers in Tianjin Higher Vocational Colleges as the object,this paper investigates the basic situation of teachers,the status quo of teacher training,and the training needs of teachers by means of questionnaire survey.Combined with interviews,the survey results are statistically analyzed.The fourth part is the research findings and reason analysis of "double qualification" teacher training in higher vocational colleges.Through the current situation of teacher training and the problems existing in the differences between teachers’ training needs,this paper analyzes the reasons from the following aspects: the state pays attention to the training of higher vocational teachers,the relatively lack of investigation on Teachers’ needs,the low degree of enterprises’ participation in teacher training,the lack of motivation for teachers’ professional development and the lack of effective incentive measures.The fifth part is the suggestions to improve the training of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward four suggestions to improve the training of professional teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from four aspects: optimizing the management of training projects,strengthening the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,establishing the concept of professional development,and using the resources of higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of school-based training. |
