At present,the Chinese textbooks used in China are text selection textbooks.The quality of the selected texts directly relates to the quality of the textbooks.The textbooks are also an important carrier for cultivating students’ Chinese core qualities.Therefore,their quality will inevitably affect the effect of Chinese teaching.Therefore,there are many debates about Chinese Textbooks in the academic world,of which the most controversial is the deletion and modification of textbooks.Most of the selected texts of Chinese textbooks for primary and secondary schools have been processed and modified by editors,and the Ministry edited primary school Chinese textbooks officially put into use in 2016 are no exception.The number of Chinese modern and contemporary selected texts in this textbook accounts for more than 50% of the total number of texts in the textbook,which is large.Modern and contemporary selected texts play an important role in cultivating students’ language application ability,thinking ability and aesthetic creativity.Therefore,it is of certain value and significance to study their deletion and modification.This paper mainly takes the middle and high grades of primary schools as an example to study the deletion and modification of Chinese modern and contemporary selections in the Chinese textbook compiled by the Ministry of education.This paper is composed of five parts:The introduction part mainly explains the research background,research status,research significance and research methods.The first chapter is the basic situation and reasons of the selected text deletion.First of all,it defines the research objects and related concepts of this paper.Secondly,it makes statistics and analysis of the selected articles.Finally,it explores the reasons for the deletion from four aspects: reflecting the core values,the requirements of language norms,adapting to the needs of actual teaching and conforming to the laws of students’ physical and mental development.The second chapter is the case analysis of the selected text deletion.On the basis of statistics and analysis,this chapter discusses the specific situation of the selected text deletion in detail,which is divided into two parts: the first part mainly analyzes the positive impact of the selected text deletion from the aspects of punctuation,words,sentences and paragraphs;The second part analyzes the negative impact of the selected text deletion from the aspects of punctuation,words,sentences and paragraphs,and focuses on the destruction of the original aesthetic value by the deletion.The third chapter is the selection and teaching suggestions of the deleted selected texts.The author puts forward eight suggestions on the selection,compilation and teaching of deleted and modified selected texts,hoping to be beneficial to the compilation of textbooks and teachers’ teaching.Suggestions for the preparation of deleted and modified selected texts are as follows: pay attention to the source of selected texts and mark the deleted and modified information;Pay attention to the effect of deletion and correction,and set exercises after class;Pay attention to the main idea of the original text and add reading links;Pay attention to the needs of teachers,and the teaching reference provides the original text.Suggestions for teachers’ teaching are as follows: using deleted paragraphs to skillfully introduce into the classroom;Use deleted sentences to compare and appreciate languages;Use the deleted content to grasp the thoughts and feelings;Use the deleted chapters to read the whole book.The conclusion is a brief summary of the article. |
