| “The head teacher in primary and secondary schools is an important part of the primary and secondary school teachers,the organizer of class work,the instructor of class construction,the leader of the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students,the backbone of ideological and moral education in primary and secondary schools,the bridge between parents and the community,and the important force for the implementation of quality-oriented education”.As the backbone of the teacher group,the scientificity and rationality of the management of the class teacher group plays an important role in the development of the school and the overall promotion of quality education.A fair,reasonable and encouraging teacher assessment system is undoubtedly the best support and guarantee for teachers who stick to the front line of ordinary education.Based on literature review and core concept definition,this paper designs questionnaires and interviews outline,conducts a survey on the head teacher of M Middle School,leaders at all levels of the school and other staff,and collects opinions,suggestions and internal demands of the school’s existing head teacher management system.Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data information to analyze the impact of the evaluation system on the work of the head teacher,finally put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.The investigation found that there were some problems in the management system of the head teacher in M Middle School of Mianyang City,such as insufficient fairness in assessment and evaluation,urgent need to improve the investment in the development of the head teacher,defects in the management mode of the head teacher,and lack of policy guarantee for the assessment and development of the head teacher.As a result,the lack of attention to the freedom and conscience of the head teacher,the role conflict of the head teacher,the need for the professional development of the head teacher,the competition culture of suspicion and defense in the head teacher group,the contradiction and friction in the communication between the head teacher and the parents,and the professional pressure of the head teacher increase and other adverse effects.Through the system optimization experiment of M Middle School,it is found that increasing the base of the head teacher’s allowance,improving the total score of the head teacher in the promotion and promotion evaluation,solving the unreasonable problem of setting the class progression in the monthly assessment and rating,and establishing an efficient incentive mechanism can have a positive incentive effect on the professional development and working effect of the head teacher.Thus,can build a scientific and reasonable assessment of the teacher in charge of evaluation system,pay attention to the combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment process,build the combination of positive and negative for examination and assessment of long-term incentive mechanism,constructing scientific and reasonable multiple subject and way,create a fair and reasonable for examination and assessment of environmental aspects and so on to improve M middle school teacher in charge of the examination evaluation system. |
