The main front of the class teacher growth and professional development schools, theextent of teacher professional development not only directly restricts the quality of teacherwork, but also related to the eventual realization of the overall level of school teachers andschool goal of educating people. As a school administrator, has the absolute responsibility toprovide help and support for teacher professional development, so that the class teacher toteacher to expert teacher conversion experience type. How to mobilize teacher professionaldevelopment initiative to improve the level of teacher professional development has alsobecome a thorny issue for every school administrator will encounter. To achieve the purposeof solving this problem for school administrators, the establishment of effective teacherprofessional development incentives should be in school, how to create this incentivemechanism is the key to solving this problem. In this study, it is in this context, expanded.This article is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the foreword, preface, first introduced the research background of this study,value, and an overview of the account of the ideas, contents and methods of study of thearticle.The second part is the theoretical analysis of teacher professional development incentives.Draw on the definition of teacher professional development, to define the class teacherprofessional development incentive mechanism connotation; analysis of the current domesticand international incentive theory.The third part is the status and causes of teacher professional development incentives.In-depth understanding of the problems in teacher professional development incentives, theauthor selected in Weifang City,12junior high school, the status of teacher incentivesthrough a questionnaire circulated within the junior high school in Weifang city, and then theinformation obtained by questionnaire careful analysis, come to the problems of schoolteacher professional development incentives, and issues to analyze and summarize, and clarifythe reason for the existence of these problems.The fourth part is to establish and improve an effective teacher professional development toencourage the idea of the mechanism. Based on three factors of motivation theory to guide,first proposed to build the class teacher professional development incentives should follow the principle; problems and reasons for the current school incentives, the three factors thatmotivate the theoretical guidance, from the perspective of teacher management incentives toimprove teacher mechanism measures: the first school to establish an effective incentivesystem to motivate the use of campus culture and environment, again to encourage the teacherto play to their initiative, self-motivation.
