In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education(2022 Edition),which put forward new requirements and directions for the development of Chinese curriculum in the compulsory education stage.The first article of its curriculum concept clearly requires that "based on the development of students’ core qualities,we should give full play to the educational function of Chinese curriculum".It takes ten years to grow trees and a hundred years to educate people.Chinese plays an indispensable role in the process of realizing the fundamental task of Building Morality and educating people because of its unique educational function and foundation role.In order to achieve good educational results,we must find a suitable platform carrier.Looking at all the contents of the Chinese teaching material system,it is not difficult to find that the comprehensive learning module has unique advantages,contains rich moral education resources,and is an ideal place to give play to the educational function of the Chinese curriculum.Therefore,fully exploring the moral education function in Chinese comprehensive learning activities can not only further tap the rich moral education resources of this module and improve the core quality of students,but also explore the ways and operating mechanisms by which the educational function of Chinese courses can be carried out smoothly and achieve actual results,enrich the curriculum practice under the concept of "big Chinese",and provide some suggestions and thoughts for the realization of the educational function of Chinese courses in all aspects and all elements.The paper is composed of introduction,main body and conclusion.The main body mainly discusses from four aspects.The first chapter focuses on the collation of relevant important concepts involved in the research on the moral education function of comprehensive Chinese learning in junior high schools compiled by the Ministry,focusing on the definition of core concepts,the necessity of developing the moral education function of comprehensive Chinese learning,the significance of developing the moral education function of comprehensive Chinese learning and the moral education resources contained in the comprehensive Chinese learning module,Elaborate on the remarkable advantages and values of Chinese comprehensive learning in the development of moral education function.The second chapter takes the questionnaire survey as the main form,analyzes the current situation of the development of the moral education function of Chinese comprehensive science in the real educational environment from two aspects of students and teachers,and reveals the specific reasons behind the problems fed back by the survey.The third chapter faces up to the situation reflected in the questionnaire survey and puts forward practical implementation strategies on this basis.The fourth chapter takes the comprehensive learning of "the world’s country" in the second volume of grade seven as an example to design and display specific teaching activities.The research on the moral education function of the comprehensive learning of Chinese in junior middle schools compiled by the Ministry of education closely focuses on the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,takes the development of students’ core qualities as the goal,aims at the country’s need to train new people with ideals,skills and responsibilities,and provides new ideas for the teaching and development of the comprehensive learning module of Chinese.Although the author’s research level is shallow,it can still be regarded as a useful attempt.
